John and his team completed our project in a timely manner. Throughout the planning and design phase John listened to us regarding likes/dislikes and took the time to answer questions or address issues that came up during our project. We are pleased with the final result.

This is a group with real integrity.

John came to my house twice in six months to assess my 100-year-old stone foundation (as a result of some basement flooding that I was experiencing on a regular basis).

John was thorough and experienced - definitely knew his trade. But most importantly, his was a no-pressure approach as he shared his quote and waited for me to arrive at my decision in a timeframe that made me comfortable.

On the second trip to my house (to revisit the first assessment after several months) John pointed out that the most likely cause for my basement flooding was an improperly pitched roof and an old downspout. He even recommended me a roof guy to call that day.

To see a contractor essentially give the work to another contractor in the best interest of the homeowner is very unexpected and a real lifesaver - the roof work ultimately stopped the flooding.

Like I said - real integrity and I hope I get the chance to work with John again!

We used Plymouth Nursery for landscape lighting, updating our existing landscaping and hardscaping on our driveway and pathway and our exterior looks amazing! John and his team were professional and reliable. I highly recommend Plymouth Nursery!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I purchased a dogwood tree from them Spring 2022 that died within a year. I had explained to Lana that the area I was planting in gets full hot sun, and is located next to where a previous tree was felled.was told "oh not an issue at all". Later found out dogwoods are not meant for full sun.shouldn't be surprised as any questions I had she quickly referenced Wikipedia for answers. Charged me $250 for the tree and another $250 for professional install. Instead I got two guys that came out with shovels to dig the hole (I could have done that!). We immediately noticed one of the branches had a discolored bark and no leaves on it (compared to the other branches). We were told we shouldn't have any issues. We had an arborist come out twice, and both times said the tree was not diseased. However on his final visit, he confirmed the tree was dead, and that I was likely sold "a bad tree". I contacted Plymouth Nursery for a refund. Spoke with Anthony Piazza who denied planting the tree (even though Joe at Plymouth Nursery said they did), but was more than willing to sell me another tree from his company! The nursery said they offer a 6 month warranty on their trees (what could possibly happen in 6 months when the tree is still trying to lay it's roots? !?). Both companies said it wasn't their workers that planted the tree. Lana took my info down but never called to make things right. $500 down the drain. Do yourself a favor and either buy directly from an arborist that knows what they're talking about, or try Holod's for flowers/shrubs.

If you use Plymouth Nursery it will be the biggest mistake you ever make. Spent thousands of $$$$ for a hydration system. After payment most shrubs, flowers etc.on one side of house all died. After countless phone calls John finally arrived at our house and stated: that side of your house does not get enough sun! John did replace some bushes etc.but, of course, all are gone. PS: I just contracted another landscaper.

I would not recommend Plymouth Nursery and Landscaping for any work. They were misleading at every point in the project. They took full payment from our credit card in the second week although the contract said not take money until the work was finished. It is 6 months later and the work is still incomplete. Their work is third rate at best. The stairs are not square, the materials used are the wrong size, a drain failed during the first storm, they shorted us on square footage, they lied at every step of the process, etc. Employees of the company will ignore any request for clarification on your project. Avoid this company at all costs!

Anthony and Lana the owners are great to work with. They carry the best trees and shrubs. Everything you need for upscale gardening

This company should be avoided at all costs. We are over three months into a job they quoted as two weeks. The contract said they would take money every Thursday of the job but they took full payment from our CC in the second week. Every excuse from workers, materials, weather, and illness has been used. The ownership does not answer the phone and their other management just lies all of the time.

Parking lot is awkward, perhaps it was the Christmas trees. The checkout is outside Wich was confusing at first and when I went there was only one person who was quite busy. However I got what I was looking for quickly, selection was nice, and the price was great

John expanded our stone patio. This included new stairs and extending downspout under patio. The work was excellent and so was the pricing. He didn’t mind doing little extras like fixing stones on old steps that were no longer embedded in concrete or cutting extra stones I had that I plan on using around the property. I have no hesitation in fully recommending him and I plan to use him again in the future.
