12You could not pay me to live in a Berger community! The staff has no respect that this is your home along with horrible communication skills. Do not expect a return phone call! We lived here problem free under other management companies for many years, but once Berger took over this all changed. Don't get to comfy here because one day you might just receive a letter stating they will not be renewing your lease (60 days notice) because they "need" to renovate your unit.
Office staff is rude most of the time when you go in to discuss an issue. Maintenance issues take weeks if not months to resolve if they ever get resolved. We had some major issues when we moved into our place and some of those are still not resolved because the apartment complex switched management, the new management team blames the old management team instead of just resolving the issues efficiently. Very disappointed in the service for the amount of rent we pay!
This is a great place to live! Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. Always have a parking spot as well no matter what time it is.
It’s super Ghetto here now, the opposite of “Luxury”. This was bought out and the name has changed to Plymouth Pointe but I’ve never seen anything like it. They have been doing maintenance requests which are backed up months and just leave appliances and boxes out front of the apartments for 4-5 days and do not care. Good Luck on getting and thing done by maintenance and there’s spiders everywhere… they just walk through the cracks in my door even though I have been complaining since July (It’s almost November).
Resident for a year. Have been quite happy. New management company took over in the middle of July with no notice though.
The apartment itself was very nice and so my wife and I decided to put a “refundable” deposit down. However the management office is inept. After calling to withdraw our interest, they took my card information and assured me the deposit would be refunded within several business days. Fast forward a month, still no refund and they stopped returning phone calls or emails. Had to report the charge as fraudulent to my bank. We dodged a bullet by choosing another home.
Worst apartment complex ever! I’ve never been to a place with such poor management in my life, the employee there was so disgusting towards me and my kids we were told that our kind didn’t belong and was later threatened off the premises and had to find somewhere else to go, i do not recommended this complex AT ALL!
Beautiful, private community. Great amenities such as gym, car wash, dog park and pool. Our apartment is gorgeous and feels like home. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and respond immediately to any concerns. Kayla was especially very helpful during our move in and ensured we were happy with our new move to Point at Plymouth Meeting. She responded to all of our questions and concerns. Upgraded units are beautiful and appliances are high quality. Community is very quiet and dog friendly. Although parking is limited, maintenance responds immediately to snow storms to ensure the safety of residents. Apartments are in a great location, minutes from Norristown, King of Prussia, and Conshy. I would recommend Point at Plymouth Meeting!
When I first moved here I was told I would have parking in front of my home / One of the reasons I choose a townhome instead of the apartments they offer here as well, they lied. Limited to no parking even after paying so much in rent for the town homes. Un friendly neighbors are starting to move here and the leasing office does nothing about any complaints you have. This place is a rip off only thing good about this place is maintenance. When you put work orders in the respond quickly any other issues out side of maintenance are always handled incorrectly. This place has become a nightmare
Wonderful community, super friendly staff and great amenities. We lived here for 2.5 years and it was one of the best experiences ever. I would highly recommend the place. A huge thanks to the staff for such a great experience!
Submitted my move in survey with a couple concerns and got call in less than 30 minutes to solve ALL concerns. Love apartments with staff that care:)
