Doug helped me out over the phone with a couple of calls he got me back on the road.

Today Doug and his guy arrived as promised and completed all the work professionally and in a timely manner.

This business is run by a childish adult. He seems great upfront, extremely likable but that is where it ends. He doesn't show up for work and doesn't answer any calls. I noticed other people that had said something similar about him. I ignored them because all around he had good reviews. Too bad I didn't listen. He took 150$ to come out and go over some issues, didn't fix anything. Never to be heard from again. I don't usually take time to write reviews but hopefully this stops someone else from having money taken and then no contact.

Do not do business with this guy very unprofessional he will take your money for service call and never show up to do work, and if you ever do get up with someone on phone which is highly unlikely you get nothing but excuses and last I heard from him he would call and set up another appointment that was in august. In lew of your response which was timely you never did set up a second appointment your running a business I understand things happen weather and such but you never once contacted me I called numerous times no answer and not able to leave message so that’s my biggest complaint with you but don’t worry I’m no longer in pa

If I could give 0️ I would. I had an estimate done July 25th by PMR. I have a leak in camper, that caused, and is still causing damage. I have contacted them numerous times, with no response. When they do respond, it's one excuse after another. As of today I still have not received an estimate, it cost me $150 cash, and I have no proof, except text message, that I paid. I even asked on September 1st if they could mail it to me and received no response. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use PMR! They are very unprofessional and DO NOT respond to most communication. I have screenshots of communication, too bad I can't add to review.
*I had another company, Mobile Welding & RV Repair, come out today and they actually put a temporary fix in place.

I called one for service they couldn't get to me for a couple of days but they asked me what the problem was, I told him I couldn't get my hot water heater to work they told me what to do, I did it and it worked!

Good honest people. Called about a refrigerator problem im having with my camper; was able to give me the bad new and advice right over the phone. Their honesty just made me a returning customer.

Doug helped me over the phone and described how and why I need a heat box for my ground water line. And I wasn't even a customer yet! Now I am.

Doug is awesome he came right away and repaired my furnace. Very professional and very knowledgeable.
