PNC Bank, Philadelphia PA

I would hive them zero stars if tat was possible. Very bad customer service. I wanted to withdraw money from my account and they allow only 2000$. When asked for more Cashier talk to me with very disrespectful way telling me “ We don’t have a money printer in here". In the day before same guy with his supervisor refused to show any help because I asked for large bills only. I had to call a friend he has a bank account with Wells Fargo bank they gave him all what he asked for with large bills immediately. Definitely I’m going to change them as soon as possible.

I'm giving a one-star because they fire a very good female worker who been working there for over 40 year's.

I was not satisfied by the lady’s name Maria who helped me today Wednesday March 16- 2021, for a transaction she on my account at the drive through. This location was offering one of the best customers service about two years ago before this Maria started providing her attitude and meaned customers service to the drive through. I’ll not do anything if I meet her at the drive through, I’ll just go somewhere.

Stay away; missing money was treated bad, 2 weeks since opening account, clearing my money out and closing this account! Suspect, rude and shady. Sorry. Not SORRY.

I had an appointment at 9: 30 on Saturday (oct 10th) and got there around 9: 28. After a moment to find the entrance cause the sliding door did not work, an Asian lady came out said with panic voice and scary that “you need to leave, you need to leave cause we have no security here. ” And she was acting like there were 2 people got Covid in front of her at that time and you guys better get out of my way (even we both got mask on). SUPER RUDE. YOU WILL BE THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I’VE MET. We won’t be here to insist an credit card or a stupid LOAN. WE WERE THERE TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT WHICH IS PUT OUR MONEY TO YOUR BUSINESS. Highly would not recommend that branch as well as PNC bank.

Probably the worst bank in the country. Drive thru takes a minimum of 30 minutes no matter how many people are there. Tellers work slowly inside.

The customer service getting worst and worst.every time I come here I wait for ever to see someone, it took me 35 minutes just to go to my safe box

Very bad service teller are given attitude as they shouldn’t to the customers. Slap money on the table looking unhappy and very rough like really? I’m coming to deposit the money not that I’m coming to ask you to give me some money! This is not the only time that she’s given me an attitude. Very unprofessional.totally disappointed!

Today, I went to the bank deposit, I am very sure that I have 1000, but the bank teller told me that I only have 900.

Started a business account last week and service was great. Staff and manager were very personable friendly. Thanks guys!

Slow service everyone just wanted to talk and chill one bank teller was 15 mins late for a meeting she was suppose to have at 10am then even after she realized she was late she still kept talking as if nothing were done wrong while the other tellers did the same the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pnc bank even worse then the pnc located in the hood

Horrible service.very slow.the African female manager was very slow and very uneducated.she cant read beyond 5th grade level.if you're not African then expect very rude service.stay away from this place and you cant withdrawn more than $500 cash daily from here.

Went in to break down a larger bill into smaller ones without being a member and they still helped. Excellent, pleasant service.
