A’Shia was very rude, and not helpful. She doesn’t represent this company well and needs to pick another profession where she can thrive! Customer Service is always a priority and with the attitude she displayed I will never go to this location again! When asking for her and her supervisors name she got angry saying I was being hostile which wasn’t true, I calmly waited while she tried to pled her case and bring me out of character which didn’t happen of course! I will also be writing a letter to the corporate office in regards to this employee and her behavior! I truly hope she will display better customer service in the future!

This bank is always a problem. I can go to any other PNC and get my mother's banking issues taken care of because I'm her POA. This one not at all. I always wind up having to go to another. I don't know why I keep going there thinking the outcome will be different. Never again!

For two days they told me they didn't have enough money in the branch to cash a $7500 check. The same thing with PNC at Broad st & Nedro st. The check was from their bank and they looked at it as if I made it myself. I went to PNC in Abington and cashed my check with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess they don't care how their employees treat people in the city where I live, I had to drive 20 minutes out into the county.

I have been a PNC Bank customer since 2002 this bank has done nothing for me not a loan or a credit card with 10+ years of direct deposit as well. After 18 years of service they charged me a $36 overdraft fee for $0.59 and will not reimburse me. I'm going to a credit union because this bank is not for the people.

I've been coming here to post checks and get change for work for YEARS and have never had a problem. There's usually a short line, but it moves quickly. The tellers are patient with impatient people. They've always been helpful. G-Town PNC a great little local bank.

This was my first and last time going to this particular branch. The manager Aja Is very unpleasant and for someone to manger a bank that manages your finances this is a very scary situation.
I will not go into details but I will warn others to try your luck at another branch, with a better manager, a better system and more professional tellers.

Unfortunately, PNC Bank lost a potential business customer due to a horrible, emotional experience with the branch manager whose name is Aja Newman. I and my team attempted to open a new business account with the branch at 150 W Chelten Ave. Upon our arrival, we weren't greeted by the manager but she aggressively asked: "what do you need". I replied: " I'm looking to open a business account". She then continued to arrogantly explain how this isn't possible without a series of documents that I was obviously familiar with since we have been in business for over 20yrs. I told her that I had all of the company's LLC documents which included EIN#, Articles of incorporation, etc. She then told me to have a seat with a very nasty attitude for no apparent reason. It took everything for me not to storm out of the place but I continued to persevere. Nevertheless, my patience wasn't good enough for her so she then aggressively told me to remove my glasses if I wanted to continue with her assistance. At this time I was just sitting and waiting as she had instructed, but she wanted a problem since this is the way of unprofessional, Ghetto Employees. She was obviously having a bad day and was wearing her emotions on her shoulders, using me and my team as a means to vent. Regarding the Glasses.they were prescription glasses that were transitional lenses and they are the same glasses that I'm wearing on my identification card or drivers license. She claimed that she wanted me to remove the glasses first because it is the request of PNC Bank, Then she Claimed that she needed to ID me and she couldn't do so with my glasses on, mind you, I'm wearing the same glasses in my state Id photo which I'm submitting to PNC bank complaint department. She thought that they were ordinary sunglasses perhaps. In reality, leaving my glasses on was the best way to id me since I have them on in my state ID Pic. In conclusion, her attitude was very unprofessional and extremely ghetto. She had no hospitality and was unfortunately cold-hearted and baseborn. She showed no concern for PNC Bank's interest, just her own, which was to release her emotions out on who she thought was a nobody looking for service. We could have actually brought good business to PNC Bank since we are a reputable company and have good standings with our credit with other banks and credit companies. I wouldn't recommend anyone seeking professional business banking to apply at this branch! The manager is horrible and extremely emotional. Its unfortunate, but the reality is these type of people need to be neutralized. The bank needs more diversity, black and white people mixed and not a group of uneducated blacks that are so attached to their ghetto roots and behavior. And please note that we are black and we own a black company, so it's not a race issue its an issue that requires diversity to neutralize cultural addictions so that people like my self and other companies can have a better experience with these type of banks. We did speak with someone from customer service by the name of Tierney after the incident and the young lady was very helpful, concerned and supportive. She represented what PNC Bank intended for customer service to be. And it is because of her that we down not the Bank, but we down the neglectful attitude of ceretain staff members that work for PNC Bank.

The manager Aja Newman is very arrogant and rude. She has a bad attitude and is not helpful at all. She destroys the integrity of the bank and we will never return to that branch and will continue to recommend to all of our customers to never bank at that branch as long as that manager works there. She is absolutely horrible! An experience we shall never face again!

I made a withdraw on 7/10/17 from teller Robert Carter who was responsiable for giving me a counterfit $100 bill. I went to pay my bills and found out there was a counterfit and notified back the branch and spoke with teller lead Stacy Ann Lyle the same day who said she would look into resolving the matter. She told me to come in the next day with the bill which i did and i asked her for a claim number which i didnt recieve and that she will let me know in two days. I then filed my own claim, two days later i came to the branch and she was not available so i spoke with branch manager Aja Newman who informed me that there was nothing they can do. I guess its my loss and a $100 lesson to check my bills from now on before i leave the bank i feel as if i just got robbed by the bank but i feel as if i should let other customers know to always check your bills because if you leave and come back they will make it seem as of its your fault and give you the run around so please be aware of this branch when making withdrawals. First and last time this branch has my business, i will continue to use my local branch where i get better service. Teller needs to be retrained and customer service needs to improve. No bank should be recirculating counterfits and making the customer take the fall for their mistakes.
