PNC Bank reviews
7Don’t bother making an appointment as the walk-ins who are loudest get priority anyway. Find a different branch to visit for sure!
Waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru at the actual terminal and when I pressed the call button after waiting the teller had the nerve to ask me if I needed something smh
We were there and assistant manager Teela or similar name decline to print montly bank statement. She is not very helpful and state arguing. She told they have stop printing statmenets for the costumers. Since when they stop printing statments for the costumers. If they cant print paper for costumer, what is the reason of doing business with them. Worst experience ever.
My 1st mistake was going to this branch. I had a fraud dispute on my acct and which my new card was posted to mail but since I was traveling I decided to go to a branch to get my card in a faster way. This branch opens at 9: 00AM. I walk in at about 9: 09am -9: 11am ungreeted but greeted by stares from the employees that were not at the tellers counter. To see one customer at the teller with another waiting. But what I walked into was one of the employees (heavyset woman/wet ponytail) having a full on conversation with a returning customer who's at the teller. All he was there to do was switch money from his his business account to personal account or visa versa. Everyone was waiting for this long conversation to end so that the following could be helped (2). Me and another. The employee was catching him up on her troubled relative is irrelevant and should have been resumed after the service was done to not hold up the line.
There was another employee (petite with Asiatic features) who was zoned in into the copier and tablet computer at the lobby. Still being completely ignored for another 10mins. From what I can see there was a Guy named Shaun which was really the only one working adding the lady at the teller counter. Shaun was working with a 2 people in the office who was opening an account coming from internationally. The heavyset worker and the petite worker greeted each other in front of me still ignoring me. I finally ask if they work there? Because I couldn't tell. The petite person said what can I help you with. I told her briefly my situation and then I'm just here to get a card. After about 15-20mins waiting she tells me to sit in the "waiting area because I need to see a teller in the office. While I'm waiting I see the heavyset woman go into someone's office seating in the customer seat gossiping about her life. Again, irrelevant. She peeps me staring at her too. Collectively I waited about an hour to be seen. Because the people that Shaun was helping had questions that he wasn't sure about he called on to the heavyset woman to finish it was a surprise to me that she would be the one to call on, she's seems lazy from what I've seen. They were giving superiority to customers that made an appointment but before I walked in I was unable to make an appointment because no one picked up the phone, it just kept ringing. So I was being told that other people are ahead of me because they have an appointment. But again how did they make the appointment with the phones not being picked up. But I guess everyone knew to do it online before they got there? Evidently the man who had an appointment before me didn't even need an appointment to be able to do what he needs to do so I feel like it blown out of proportion for me to wait longer. I could tell that the heavyset woman didn't want to be the one to help me because I watched her the whole hour of her doing nothing. They kept giving Shaun more people while he was already helping people.
(I feel bad for him because I can tell that they do that alot) two men were waiting along side with me after spending a fraction of the time they were getting mad and frustrated as well too. After writing an hour and 15 minutes I finally got my card which took less than 5 minutes. I haven't had a Dum Dum lollipop in a while so I took a bunch in compensation for my time wasted.
POINTERS: GREET EVERYONE/ TREAT EVERYONE WITH KINDNESS AND EQUALITY

DONT PRETEND TO DO YOUR JOB ACTUALLY DO IT.
Hygiene for the heavyset wet ponytail lady needs to be revisited.
Thank you
We love PNC, but this branch is terrible. Don't even bother trying to call, they will never answer. Only had 1 employee that was actually friendly and helpful.
Worst customer service ever. I wish I could give a 0 rating. Tellers are absolutely slow, except one. The manager is not doing the job properly, this branch needs to make changes in management.
