PNC Bank reviews
7This branch is generally where I do any in person banking, mostly deposits, withdrawals and such. Every time I go the tellers are so friendly and helpful and chat a bit. Puts a smile on my face when to see cheery employees!
Came here to close my dead mother's account and they said that because I prefilled a form out that was notarized they did not want to accept. Unfortunately a big waste of my time after my appointment started 30 minutes late.
Only one teller on lunch hour? Not acceptable. They wouldn’t be finished with the customer they were with. Fail on that errand.
I love this location. Everyone from the security guard, banker teller and the manager Darnell is very kind, helpful and empathetic. When I was in line Darnell approached me and introduced himself and told me that if there is anything I need I can always walk in and ask for him personally. I love how everyone that enters is addressed by first name, they really make you feel welcome. This location is very clean and organized and service was fast.
Excellent staff, wish I had gotten the young woman's name who helped me, but had a great experience. Thank you!
Great staff and service for regular branch services. Awful, really slow unprofessional mortgage services. DO NOT apply for mortgage I have attempted 3 times over the years -no results
NEVER enter a mortgage agreement if PNC, is involved. Especially this branch.
They dodged our calls when all parties involved were calling them out for allowing mortgage documents to sit without being addressed and were late with our closing disclosure. Ruined experience for all parties and costed each side hundreds of dollars.
Erik Yeager is a terrible loan officer and you should immediate withdraw your submission if he is assigned.
Very rude and incompetent team.
