PNC Bank, Lansdale PA

Despite having a mortgage, personal loans, and multiple bank accounts with PNC, this branch refused to notarize a one page document for me because it was not "a PNC" document. It is basic service for a bank to provide notary services to customers. This is making me reconsider all business I do with PNC if they can't provide something as simple as a document notarization for a longtime customer.

I love this bank. Everybody that works there are always so nice and helpful. Highly recommended for personal and business

The staff at the Upper Gwynedd branch are the most polite, helpful people I have dealt with at any bank I've used in the past 50 years. They remember me. They make suggestions that make banking easier. They have corrected every issue I've run into with speed, accuracy and integrity. I highly recommend this particular bank to my family and friends. Keep up the good work PNC!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst bank I've ever been to, everyone's rude and uptight. Not one person knows how to sensible to a human.

I hate it. Never going again, people there didn't even care about me. Today I came back for 4th time and cashiers are the best ppl around the world but the little fat guy in the office took a lot to help me. He knew what to do but he didn't do it at once until I was crying for my frustration. I won't say anything more

I felt that the PNC was one of very good bank. Because of the officer who named Gregory. He kindly told me everything about my account, and also solved the my problem that related to PPL. Actually, I came to Korea for studying in BTS. When I arrived Hatfeild, the PPL didn't receive me the electricity.so I had hard time during whole night. Next day, I visited to the bank, met the officer, and then was solved everything by the officer Gregory. I strongly believe that 5 stars is not enough to the bank! Thank you for your great helping!

The bank teller was nice, very good at her job, and patient with me. She saved me money by suggesting something that was cover by my account and was able to quickly and efficiently solve problems.

Today I went to the Allentown Road branch of PNC to retrieve some important travel documents from my safe deposit box for an impending trip. I waited for over twenty minutes for someone to help me. There was only one employee available and she was serving another customer who seemed to required a lot of attention. After twenty minutes, and no end in sight to the customer's issues, I had to leave, without my documents, for another appointment. Now, I have to find time to go back to the bank tomorrow to do what I should have been able to do today. If I have to wait at least twenty minutes tomorrow, I am definitely going to be taking my banking business elsewhere.

If you are thinking of giving this bank your business, make sure you take note of how many employees (not tellers) who are available to serve you. If you do go, make sure you bring a good book.
