Asked for a cashiers check today, was a rather large check as it was going to my rent. Instead of pulling the money out of the account with the most money in it it was pulled out of my debit card. Now I have absolutely no spending money, and my account is in the negative which I didn’t think could happen. I wasn’t even asked which account I want it out of, which I usually get asked. Never going back to this branch again!

What happened to the days your local bank provided Free Courtesy notary signing. This is my personal bank and has been for 12 years. Notary signing was always a free service as a benefit to customers. Now not only do they not offer Free notary they only will only provide this service for PNC documents only. When you take away they simple benefits customers enjoy away soon your customers go to. Now in search of a bank who doesnt take away the small things
