BEWARE: know how much materials you need. My mother didn’t, told woman on phone her desired circumference of fire pit she made…. They gave her 10 yds of stone fir 16 ft diameter. Said stone is non refundable after we called. JOKE!

What rude, awful people! I guess Renee in the sales office can’t be fired since it’s a family business but WOW, they should evaluate that. We would have been repeat customers but will happily go out of our way and pay more to use someone else. Only go here if you want your day absolutely ruined: (They also never sent us material that we paid for and Renee “disagreed”, hung up on us, and then would not take our calls. Crazy.

I've been going there for a few years, never seen such a miserable group of counter staff, they say they sell there material by the "ton". Every time I go there I'm short on supplies, I never seen a scale there so I know that's illegal.it's only time when the state catches up to them ripping off people.

Office staff really not very friendly or helpful so make sure you know what you want before you arrive. The rest of the staff. A+

I’m done with this place. I’ve made a few purchases here before but I just can’t deal with the rude staff. I do not recommend this place, they are so miserable there & they try hard when you are there that you leave miserable & agitated as well. It’s like their sole reason to open their doors every morning is to fight with their very own customers. I couldn’t help to overhear a heated discussion over the phone with a customer, then hangs up rudely & starts talking inappropriately about their conversation in front of me. They don’t deserve our business folks, Stay AWAY!

My wife and I visited Environmental Stone in Orwigsburg, PA last month, and were referred to a local supplier, Pocono Lake Supply. I called and spoke to Rene. I asked for three stone samples for a new home project. She told me they did not have the stone samples and would have to order. A few weeks passed and I called back on 4/22. I again spoke to Rene, who was rude and disrespectful. I located another local supplier, who checked for the stones we were interested in and called me back within minutes. I subsequently picked them up the same day, 4/22. Today, 4/27, I received a call from Rene, Pocono Lake Supply, to tell me that our samples were in. I told her that I had already received them from another supplier. She told me, “ THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME “ and hung up. I forgot to mention, Rene, is the OWNER of Pocono Lake Supply. I tried to call the parent company, Environmental Stone, and no good telephone numbers. Stay far away.

Everyone here is cool and nice to me. Not sure why people think they are rude but they aren't at all. Ordered over 50 pallets of stone from them and they are A+ in my book. Priced fair and easy to deal with.

The lady at the front desk is absolutely miserable. One of the most unpleasant person I’ve ever dealt with. The chainsaw guys are decent people except for the fact they didn’t do anything I had asked instead tried to sell me a new chainsaw that I didn’t need. Little bit of research online and I fixed the problem that was told they couldn’t fix.

Walked in at 3: 01 not knowing they close at 3. Door was unlocked. Young man all but pushed me out the door saying they close at 3. Wow!
