Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts, East Stroudsburg PA

AVOID. This company lost our reservation that we booked a month in advance. We had to waste several hours while this company was "looking for our reservation". We waited three hours and they still never found it. Incompetent staff.

This place is great if you get one of the newer units. However, if you need anything and you call housekeeping they bring you whatever you need almost immediately. They do have an indoor pool and some amenities on site and it's near a snow tubing/tubing hills which can be fun. Outlets and some food venues are nearby as well. Overall, it's a nice getaway.

If the use of the fitness Center is vital to your stay, this place is not the one. Not only that all the equipment is old and many of them out of order, but also that there are no elements to exercise. Rooms are newly renovated, service and staff very accommodating, location is premium for poconos.

Water was never hot before we complain.
Blankets are useless.
Warehouse restaurant is awful in every way, food is so bad, quality and quantity.
Bathroom is not clean at all.
I was charged 4 days and 3 nights for 2 days and 3 nights.

The worst place I’ve ever been to my life and that’s considering I backpacked to many countries and have stayed in six continents, over 40 countries and thousands of cities! The place is dirty and things are broken everywhere! Stay as far away as possible otherwise it will ruin your vacation as it did ours! Horrific stay and place, and their sales scams stay away as they are a scam on every level! Did I mention when I asked to fix two out of three toilets as they kept breaking, they broke a few minutes after the staff fixed them lol that’s the extent of this place on every level! Yuck!

The best and most beautiful place to vacation in. The villas is like a home away from home. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE POCONO MOUNTAIN VILLAS!

The staffs are very humble. Apartment was not new but it was nice. We enjoyed it.
Will definitely recommend it.

We stayed in 1560, the room overlooked the road and other villas. It was quiet and the rooms were nice but in need of updates. Smart tvs would be a great idea.

Nice stay at Pocono Villas with lots of activities to do on and around the property. They are currently updating all villas. I did have the opportunity to see an updated one and those are very very nice. The one I stayed in was not updated but it's not bad. I don't have any complaints about it.

Would not stay here again - not worth the price. The villa we were in was "upgraded" but it's just new paint and furniture.

Great little house, very quiet place with not a lot to do. If you have a short stay they will charge an extra fee. Great area to visit, trees were changing with fall colors and very beautiful. We enjoyed the relaxing stay and will visit the area again but likely not this location.

My mother has been an owner here for decades, and we are so happy to see the recent renovation of the unit where we stayed this week. They've done wonderful, up-to-date styles. The new furniture and beddng is firm and comfortable, the gray and white painting loks beautiful. The bathroom fixtures, lighting, and granite countertops are all vastly improved, too. They've replaced the old, dirty carpets with sleek gray wood flooring. We also noticed many other units are currently under renovation also.

It's a nice place, close to places in the area, has several pools and other amenities. The place to stay was nice also.
