Pocono Pistol Range reviews
17Place was super dirty, garbage and clutter all over. Overpriced, $70 for two first time shooters there. Target trolleys were all shot up, one even being taped up, didn’t work and were not even electric.no yardage markers on the floor. Shooting benches were small and unstable. Please do yourself and wallet a favor, wait until you have the time for Dingmans Shooting Range.
Good pricing. However, the attitude of the attendant upstairs by the rifle area is disgusting. He was sarcastic with every question asked. There was a party that came in after us and he was overly attentive and more pleasant. His attitude put a serious damper on our mood. His attitude truly is not something people should pay to encounter.
I can’t find a word perfect enough to describe it.

Everything is great here!
Just bought 2 pistols today…. Very happy with service and exceptionally knowledgeable as well, definitely recommend going here as I will be returning for future purchases as well as shooting range usage.
Went on a Tuesday afternoon. In the winter. PERFECT! Not crowded, very friendly range captain. Price very reasonable. I shot my own guns and ammo. Larry was great!
They are an outdoor range. Staff there are very helpful and help you if you have questions.
All the guys and girls working there were super nice and on top of their stuff. It was a great range too.
Quality instruction and information to make all safer firearms handelers and 2A firearms owners. Clean and friendly environment. Highly recommend!
I recommend every one view the photos.
OMG all the photos are fabulously awesome.
Looking at photos makes me want to get off my fat derriere and go to range to get some practice time.
Was planning on going to Pocono pistol Range, but after reading all the nightmares and the disrespectful staff that works there, all the under handed tactic on collecting money for unnecessary safety videos. I changed my mind.
Such a great experience! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great that you can fill out the necessary waiver and watch the safety video ahead of time. Booked an hour slot and got to fire two different types of guns which I enjoyed. The older male staff member in the range was incredibly nice and patient with me- took the time to teach me how to properly load the gun and offered good advice. He even marked with sharpie the different size bullets so I could compare where I was shooting. Best part is that they allow solo shooters!
This place seems like a money pit. Granted, I'm from Utah and used to many indoor ranges there. But, this place charges you $10 per person to sign their waiver, and sells ammo for their rental guns at outrageous fees. They sell them in plastic dime bags which is rather suiting given their business practices. Their 9mm is sold 20 per baggie at a 300 percent markup over current pricing of online instock same brand ammo, and they only sell. 45 in 10 count baggies at $2 per bullet. I would understand if it were middle of pandemic ammo, but we are well past the unreasonable prices. Their staff is friendly which is great. But I wouldn't rate this place any higher untill they become more reasonably priced.
Amazing staff great selection of guns very welcoming place the manager is such a sweetheart I really recommend visiting this place
Nice indoor range. But its in a weird part of the city and prohibits most firearms. I can bring a 9mm Pistol but not a. 223 Caliber Rifle? People were nice so it was a good experience. But I go to Dingmans Shooting Range because I can bring any of my guns. Not just one.
Had a great time here. The staff are very friendly and they have a great selection of firearms to choose from. They should charge extra to hangout with Larry. Hes super friendly and knowledgeable. He shows you everything you need to know about each firearm. And is a great guy. Definitely will be coming back here. Can't recommend it enough.
Customer service is lacking. Staff hiding in back to avoid handling long lines. Waste of Time!
This place is FANTASTIC- Very friendly, Super Knowledgeable staff and owners. I want to especially give a "Shout Out" to Larry in the Rifle Range - this man is a Firearms Professional! - He is "old school" (No Offense Larry) - LOL and just comes across full of knowledge and experience. I felt safe and welcome as an intermediate Rifleman. On top of that I had fun with my success handling a "cannon" in the form of a 12 gauge Mossberg-600 firing Slugs! (See Photos). Therefore, I highly recommend whether you're from PA, N. J, NY or from wherever, give this PROFESSIONAL Range a try.
