My daughter now 10 will tell you all about what really happens in the back "where parents are NOT allowed". Awful trauma no child should endure. She was practically still a toddler at the time who will never forget the torture. Especially the "lap Buddy". Any staff who can watch a child scream in pain and be quiet about it I just don't know how you sleep. Take your kids to a dentist where you can be at chair side the whole time trust me there's many for any insurances don't cause your child trauma to follow them life long.

They do not allow parents in the room. If this is a factor to you, continue to look else where. I did.

I missed 2 appointments and they dropped my son as a patient. First time I called 3 days in advance to let them know and today I had to reschedule because my aunt just died and the secretary Alex was extremely rude and told me it doesn't matter if there's a death in the family. "We will no longer accept you as a patient". So you better hope there's no family emergency on the day your kids appointment is with these people. But the dentist's are nice people.
