Polites Florist, Upper Darby PA

Went in to get a bouquet made for a friend. I requested for pink and white, the employee suggested to add another color; purple. I said okay that’s fine. I didn’t expect my bouquet to literally be all purple. I’m very upset but was in a time constraint so I just paid and left. Barely any white and only three pink flowers. Paid $53 for something I don’t want to even gift.

On a short notice I decided to order an arrangement for a friend birthday. I’m glad I did because the arrangement was beautiful and fresh. Everyone in the shop was friendly and welcoming. Beside flowers I was able to pick up an editions candles as a gift. Definitely will continue to order in the future.

Update on my review, talked to owner. They send replacement and is lovely. Probably an issue with there vendor, that I hope they take my advise on what we talked about. They are a well respected Florist in the area. Just Probably an off day.

I foolishly forgot to order a corsage for prom which would be later that night, but luckily the people at Polities gladly made time for my last minute request and helped me make and design my corsage! They even gave me tips to keep it fresh for later!

I'm glad I found this place. Perfect delivery time on Valentine's Day to my wife's work. She loved the arrangement and the flowers looked great.
