We could not have asked for a better florist for our kids' wedding. Expensive but so is everything these days. Jackie covered every aspect of the ceremony with over the top beauty!

Jackie is the best! She knows her business in and out. She was so helpful when I was creating my bouquet and put together the perfect one! She even helped decorate our wedding cake. All of the centerpieces were gorgeous. Pondelek’s is reasonable and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend them!

Last minute funeral arrangement I needed and couldn't find any white roses available anywhere. They had them available and were able to put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement for the funeral. They were very friendly and helpful, both on the phone and I person. Greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in, and asked how else they could be of service and they sympathized with my loss.thank you all for everything.

Great shop and great customer service. I made a purchase to pick up flowers on valentines day. I was unaware of the closing time and wouldn't get out of work until after they closed. They proceeded to call me and set up arrangements for me to still be able to pick up the flowers. Highly recommend this florist. I will be returning for future business.

Jackie at Pondelek's was a pleasure to work with for our Wedding. She loves her work and will make selecting your wedding flowers easy. Her prices were reasonable and her consultations were very thorough. If you are like me and know nothing about flowers, Pondelek's is the place to go!

I ordered flowers this week from this location to be delivered on Thursday to a funeral home and I am extremely disappointed of the quality of the flowers as well as the quantity. It is the second day at the funeral home and the flowers are already withering conditions and embarrassing especially during these tough times.

I placed a last minute online order to deliver to my mom and it delivered the next day! She loves the flowers, they do beautiful work and accommodated my order on a very busy week.

We were sent flowers was not home gave to a neighbor we don’t even know tried to go get the flowers no answer on door call them they tell us maybe they’re not home will probably bring back later what kind of business is that smh

Placed a same day delivery, was helped by Sabrina she was very polite. Only part that sucked was not being able to receive a photo of the arrangement and prices not matching what was being displayed on their website. Spoke with my 99 year old grandma and she loved her arrangement she said it’s so big and heavy so I don’t know if that’s good or bad but she thought it was beautiful. Thank you for making her happy.

My daughter ordered me flowers for mother's day. I love them because she gave them to me, however, the arrangement was nowhere close to what she ordered. As a former floral designer, I know how much the flowers in that vase cost. A few carnations, Alstro and a few poms. It looks like the designer went to Giant and bought a few
Sale bunches. My daughter ordered a beautiful arrangement (I saw the picture) and the florist did call to say they had to substitute some flowers for a higher price. What I received was absolutely embarrassing. I had a bad experience with prom flowers there a few years ago and I let it go, but I cannot let this one slide. My daughter was too embarrassed to call and complain. I can't believe they had the nerve to deliver this arrangement. I would give zero stars if I could.

I received a flower arrangement from my boyfriend for our first anniversary. The flowers were amazing, and that arrangement was so unique. I have received flowers before, but nothing can compete to how beautiful this arrangement is. Each time I walk into my kitchen I just have to smile. I feel loved!
