Pony Express reviews
4The owner is a sweetheart so helpful I don't want to go anywhere to send mail except pony Express I highly recommend them.
Thank goodness for private owned shipping companies as this! They helped me with a special request! Something no other postal office could do! Harley the sweet little greeter gave me a toothache while I had a short wait to be helped? David and his staff were polite, caring and professional! Thanks again guys and sweet little Harley too!
This is not a real u.s post office.do not use this site if you are a seller through poshmark/mercari/depop etc.because shipping materials are always free with the usps.today they told me their envelopes are part of their inventory and therefore i had to pay for the shipping materials used.the priorty mail label printed with poshmark always has free priority mail boxes/envelopes included. NOT THIS LOCATION.still don’t understand it.therefore its pretty much useless to me.two stars because i did use their service just this once and final time.edit to add after the owner replied: I asked the employee at counter for priority mailers when I came in, I told her i was shipping four different items to four different places.she showed me one small priority mail box that was about 1in x 5in x 7in which i was able to fit a small thin tshirt into which worked perfectly. She then advised me to the shelves with padded and bubble mailers for the larger items (I guess you guys didnt have any larger sizes?), so i did retrieve those and put my items in them and taped my labels on them. I then realized she was ringing me up for something and I told her “shipping materials are always free, I didnt understand the charge”. She said those mailers were part of the store inventory. I then asked her why she would advise me to put my items in the store mailers when i initially wanted usps priority materials to avoid the cost. (when i was putting my items in the store envelopes, i just figured thats how this post office did things, i didnt realize that it was “store inventory” and that i would be charged… usps priority mailers are always free with priority mail labels when you ship w poshmark). She then told me that the store only had one free size (which is the small one i used for a tshirt), and that the other boxes were more expensive because they were flat rate mailers, i remember she showed me a medium size box with $22 written on it and she said it would start at that…. I tried objecting and telling her it was free with poshmark but she didn’t seem to understand and at that point I figured I would just be sure to not come back again.and I did tell her that I would not be back again.watch cameras 5: 30pm / aug 17. My question is: why would she give me one free USPS mailer and then tell me to use the store mailers if infact you guys carry two other larger sizes of the USPS priority mailers, as well as USPS priority envelopes? It did not make sense…
Thank you, Pony Express, for packing and shipping our family “heirlooms” of 12 complete place settings of 56+ year old China, sterling flatware, and Waterford crystal + additional crystal sets and numerous serving pieces to Southern CA. Everything arrived in tact and our daughter can now happily continue with our traditions and the memories.
