I recently purchased a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Mark at Pool City. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I felt confident that I made the correct choice. We have had our hot tub for over 3 months now and couldn't be happier. If you need to purchase a hot tub go see Mark!

My son's pool was treated for termites and he was in need of a new liner before winter. I called several stores who could not help me because of having none in stock. Not only did Mark Ray from Pool City on McKnight Rd.find me one, he also squeezed me in for someone to install it before winter. He took the time to talk to me for over an hour twice in one week. Awesome salesman!

Their prices may be a little higher on some things but not on others. The quality is worth it. The pool supplies I bought are made better and last much longer. It is definatly worth it over other cheaper discount pool places.

Had to edit this review. We were told it would be delivered around mid to end July, but then we got told it would be delivered the end of August. The service was awful after we placed our order, and they were extremely unreliable. They would always say “we’ll call you right back” but NEVER once did, and we were told the same thing when we said we wanted to cancel our order. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re planning months ahead and have the time unlike we did.

Matt the manager helped me over the phone and verified he had a pool pump in stock. When I arrived, he quickly got everything I needed and thanked me for choosing Pool City. He knows.his business very well!

Well! We purchased a 24’ pool back on FEB 21st and it was finally delivered June 13th at 1: 00 pm however there was NO OUTSIDE LADDER OUT OF STOCK. We bought this in FEB 4 months later no ladder. Have never gotten one phone call for installation I had to call pool city who gave me Shawn M. Phone number however when I call him he says Call me back after 7 pm. Call at 7 - 7: 30 he doesn’t answer so leave a message but no return call. Call back to pool city Mark R says let me check into this -nothing- PHYSICALLY GO TO POOL CITY MCKNIGHT RD -nothing- now dealing with Steve W & Mark from corporate since 7-17-20 no answers STILL. Going on 6 months & no one knows why. SO STILL WAITING Summer only has a little over a month to go ———————————-BEWARE

Purchased a hot tub early spring and the sales person was great. The issues started when the service and delivery folks got involved. When it was delivered the front panel was broken. I was told they would order a replacement. I waited several months to get the replacement one. Each time I called I was given another excuse why they hadn't called me back. I even called the store directly to escalate since service was not responsive. They kept promising the tech would call me back and he rarely did. They finally came out to replace the panel in july but the piece that was broken didn't come with the new panel. I was told once again they would need to order a replacement and I've been waiting another 2 months. Tried calling again this week and just kept getting a busy signal. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. Don't buy a hot tub at pool city.

Better to shop at pool City you get good quality products at a good price. Don't ever go to Discount Pools on Babcock Boulevard. Trust me

We recently purchased a hot tub with Pool City on McKnight Road and could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. Kaitlyn was so informative and helpful when we selected our hot tub. The delivery was on-time and very efficient. And they answered all of our questions after the set-up. We recommend them highly!
