Popeyes, Lancaster PA

I ordered for my first time trying Popeyes. And I’ve never got my order. I was so disappointed in the service. They also never pick up the phone. The staff was very unprofessional. I don’t know how that business is still up.

We ordered a bucket with sides and I almost flipped my lid when we got to the window to pay. It cost $40+ for the order. When we asked why price was so high, the lady said "Just the bucket of chicken is $19.95", which is what I was expecting to pay. We paid the $40+ and came home to eat supper. Chicken was extremely dry, and my family was disappointed.

I really love the service that we gotten here this winter, very kind and respectful people. Thank you Popeyes of Lancaster, I’m simping for this place

The good was okay, but my sweet tea tasted like corn. I didn't finish it. The lobby was closed for an unknown reason so I couldn't use the bathroom. The manager was taking orders from the window, but there was no way to know that so I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes before she asked me to pull forward. The manager also wasn't wearing a mask in the window whe Ln she took my order.

This was among the fastest service I've gotten from a popeyes.

Food is good but customer service needs to be worked on. Their no indoor policy creates a line out to the road.

I want to try the food but I'm not waiting in that long a line to get mediocre food. The owners could do better and staff could do some work!

Good customer service. Only complaint was the fries were hard. And they firgot half my order so I waited alot longer.
I had to pull up to wait for the food, I asked if I could wait on the other side in the shade cuz I had a child with me and he was very nice and said yes we can bring it out tje other side of Popeyes

The food was horrible the place was dirty.you know it bad when the employees go next door to long John silvers to get food and bring it back and eat it there.will never go back again

I don't even know where to start. This place is awful, staff was uncourteous and the food wasn't fresh. The chicken strips we're the size of nuggets, which they ran out of and couldn't even fill out entire order. The drinks weren't included in the meals we got, which is fine but I didn't realize it at the time and we were eating in. No one even asked if I wanted to add a drink so I had to pay for a drink separately. Food was awful and overpriced.

Literally the worst experience I've had in a while.the red beans had no flavor and the rice extremely over cooked.

I usually don't have too many bad reviews but Popeyes is one of them! So disappointed in the amount of food that was supposed to be for 2 people & they forgot one of the sides and the biscuits were terrible!

Jus ordered a family combo 2 days ago and me and the wifey both ended up with food poisoning the kids only ate mac n cheese so they were fine but theyre chicken is outdated.i wouldnt recommend.n they also gave a buddy of mine half cooked chicken at a previous time

Sign on the door and the internet say it’s opens at 10: 30am. Doors are locked and no one is at the drive thru

Dirty, food was old and overcooked. Bathrooms disgusting. Won't return to this location ever. Trashcans in dining area all overflowing and floor so sticky I almost fell

Not impressed. Took over 20 min to get my food, which wasn't very good at all. Staff seemed unorganized and to not know what they were doing.

On the $10 deal for two.the fried chicken was great. The two sides were in single container which are small and were only half filled. About 3 to 4 bites in each. Also has 2 biscuits but the lack of sides makes it a poor deal.

I like Popeye's Chicken quite a bit. It's especially good when they have a shrimp special going on as well. This particular location is extremely easy to see from the street and easy to get to from the street. They do have free parking and a drive through. This is one of the faster Popeyes that I've ever been to and they always seem to have what you need ready to go when you get there.

Ok so I am going thru the drive thru and placed my order. At the window I'm told to please pull up to the line because my chicken will take 10 mins. Ok so not very happy, I pull forward and wait.and wait.and wait for over half an hour. So I go inside to see the Manager and here my order was finished! But wait theres more. I come home we start eating, realize that the dessert we ordered and paid for, wasn't given to us. I call the store and spoke to the Manager. She said Sorry.

Popeyes was actually good this time. The last time I bought a family meal, the corn was dried out and I didn't realize it until I got home so this time I asked the cashier how long has the corn on the cob been sitting out and the crew manager stated that it was fresh but went on to say the it comes in a barrel or bucket. The chicken tends to be good, at certain times of the day but I would definitely recommend not getting the corn.

I guess they have new management because this place went from 3 starts to a full five! Love all the new people, they are very friendly and offer sauces to try with your meal. Definitely would recommend to anyone with love chicken
I can’t drive past this place.

This is the best commercially made Fried Chicken you can get if you haven't put any of it in your face why? Once you put the chicken in your face I suggest you follow it up with some of their mashed potatoes and gravy I'm not sure what's in the gravy but I know it must be addictive. Then get some of the rice and beans you won't be sad wash it all down with sweet tea and make sure you eat some biscuits with honey on them
