Worst experience ever. I asked for the wicked shrimp, she rings in popcorn shrimp. I waited 15 mins for popcorn shrimp that I didn't order. The staff doesn't care, the shrimp was dry and overcooked. Maybe because it's a good store. I will never come back. I'd rather cook for now on. Waste of money.

Chicken wasn't cooked inside enough for me. You can dine in but you will have to clean tables and chairs yourself. Probably will not visit that one on Broadway Street again. Wendy's is right across the street.

Long wait, the floor and outside was littered with trash, chicken was good, fries soggy, lemonade machine down, hassle with homeless outside. I won't be going back.

This place need to be put under new management because there is something seriously wrong with the workers these days. Took more than 15 minutes to serve one person and then give the wrong orders!

I went to pick up my food they had forgotten to make.
The started making it while I was there.
I worked in restaurant for a while so I don’t complain about small stuff.
All 3 people did not wear mask properly (chin mask) mouth and nose were not covered, then they were keep eating and talking to each other while making the food.
The guy in front counted money then wiped the fries on the counter back inside the fries been and put them in a box.
When I asked them to wear mask they laughed.
So I let coz I’m not gonna argue with 3 maskless people during COVID shenanigans.

Lady in the orange shirt has a very nasty attitude and that’s why you belong at a place like Popeyes where you expect nasty attitudes. Smh do better

The service takes all of 45 minutes to put together one order, line out the door and they don’t prep orders beforehand when you order online. So. Wait in line to pick up your food that you ordered ahead of time so you don’t have to wait in line.k.

The workers there are great Shirley I believe is her name maybe she a manager but she is very rude to her younger co workers from what I seen

Careless service. I ordered my food using Uber Eats and had to still pay a service fee after my entire order was wrong when it arrived.my food was extremely cold as if it had been sitting for long, and my tenders were cold and mild instead of hot and spicy. I paid extra for sauces and was given all the wrong sauces. It's as if they just didn't care! I'm going back to cooking my food because this happens every time!

Asked for spicy chicken sandwich. Not enough spice. Red beans and rice not up to par. And could you please staple the bags shut? Some drivers are not that clean. And tape the drinks cup. The driver can take a sip if they are thirsty. Thank you.

Decent chicken nice deals currently if feeding family on a budge 11 piece leg and thigh 9.99 plus tax 10.69 with tax. Only reason I didn't give it t stars is directly inline with neighborhood and sometimes line wait this is more prevalent on the weekends and towards the end of the week mid evening until closing at 10pm not all the time but a good majority of the time.

Place is usually busy there only serving drive through and curbside pickup there usually fast in regards to getting you your meal nice customer service as well

Love, love, love popeyes chicken! Most city fast food restaurants are a sad disappointment, but this place doesn't let you down. Theirs communication behind the counter to make sure every order is accurate and as fast as possible.

Worst chicken sandwich. The chicken was over cooked, they put so much mayo it was dripping off. It was old like it sat for a long time. Fries were cold and soggy. Disgusting!

Visited today Popeyes today. I had a taste for chicken. Whenever I visit Popeyes I'm mostly not satisfied with food for normal people. I ordered a 3 piece combo for nearly $10.knowing that the portions are like an appetizer before you have your meal. I got home to have a boney thigh and two boney legs a couple spoonful of bean less rice and sauce, a biscuit and small drink. I've always felt this way about Popeyes. I'm hungry again and always hungry after I eat Popeyes. The biscuit was good this time and not dry. I wanted more. The last time I spent a lot more money so I could share at home, but never really satisfied. I should had two sandwiches instead. I'm done with Popeyes. Gotta find chicken from a soul food restaurant. I'm not a big eater, but want to enjoy my meal.

Food is good but workers need to pay attention to orders. I ordered spicy and was given mild didn't realize it till I got home. To stand in line for 15mins to get the wrong food is unacceptable. It's your job to pay attention!

I’m gonna say this once! Do not eat here I ordered off of door dash everything was incorrect down to utensils/straws not placed in bag, what are we animals I’m suppose to eat with my fingers. Ice-tea you minds well should have drank water yucky taste! Lazy staff whoever packed it! Thanks for taking my money idiots!

I ordered from this Popeyes 3 different times and each time I’m always missing items. The sauces that I pay 0.25 cent extra for, a side and my drinks.
