I can't believe how bad the food is now. WOW. TRAVELED an hour or so to get there. So disappointed. Won't go back that's for sure.

I work for door dash and Uber eats anytime I get an order for here I wait 20-30 mins then get told they aren't doing Uber and door dash orders. Everytime. I think there might have been one time I was able to do an order, and when they tell me they are not doing these orders they are always rude and nasty. Theyve even closed a half an hour early the last time I was here

The line moved fast, but our order was all wrong. They gave us the wrong drinks and forgot to give us the proper sauces for our meal.

I didn't see a choice for typical straight cut frozen fries on the menu. Where did the cajun fries go? I was horribly disappointed

Love the men at this location very respectful and detail oriented.some of the women have attitudes.bothered because you came to popeyes.the chicken strips are not completely cooked sometimes due to rushing.and this location is always out of product

I would never give a 1 star review unless it was the worst kind of experience. I ordered my food online. When I got there the door was locked, so I went to the drive thru. Once I reached the speaker I was told because I ordered online I had to come in. I explained the door was locked, she said "no it isn't" inn an abrasive tone I left the busy drive thru, parked in the lot. My neice and I went to the door again and it was locked. Frustrated I got back in the busy drive thru line; 10 minutes later reached the speaker. I explained the situation and she said pull around. At the window they were all laughing at me, saying they can't find my order. I gave them the order number another 3 times and the name. They shut the window and began to take about us in a negative way; I'll share you details. Finally someone came back to the window and said pull ahead and they will bring it out. I refused to leave the window without my food. At no time did they apologize and this situation began to escalate to the point of my neice being afraid of them. So I agreed to pull ahead. When she finally brought my food out, I apologized for raising my voice and expected the same from them. Not only did they not apologize, they refused to admit they did anything wrong. If you think you had a bag experience somewhere, I want you to read this review. This is a true 1 star experience because these people do not care one bit about you or the food they put out. OMG don't go here, chic FIL a is right next door.

I order the chicken tenders and no sauce was offered so I ask for dipping sauce and they said they have NONE that someone forgot to order them

Employee very rude I went inside because I had to use to he bathroom so why not order something as well she was like we aren’t taking any in door orders i was like your not serious she was like what do you want like very rude I work in the food industry I’ve been a store manager for 3 years I know how a fast food restaurant should be run you shouldn’t be this slow with 4 people working and there is door dash orders and other people waiting like get it together everyone I’m a customer Learn how to respect and treat customers how you want to be treated!

Saturday 12 o'clock I go there for lunch and they said their staff did not show up yit's not show up yet what a joke

Absolutely horrible service terrible attitude 25 minute wait in drive thru because employees are playing around inside and doing drugs by back door

This place and employees are absolute trash. They just had us pull forward for our food and we waited 25 mins as every car behind us got their food. We also tried to get into the building to notify them that we had been waiting for an extremely long time and the door was locked and no one came to it even though we knocked. We also tried to call 5 times and no one answered. I had to go up to the drive thru window and with no apology she rudely handed our food that was just sitting there.

They always close early from their scheduled time.and to top it all they have a terrible attitude problem.not recommended at all

I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting for my delivery orders to complete delivery. When I was at the menu to order I was told they have BOTH ORDERS which then took an additional 5-10 minutes to get to the window for pick up. Once I got to the window I was told their kitchen just closed before the store is even due to close & they can't fill my order. They also can't tell me what their hours of operation are but they can certainly call me a bitxh as I'm pulling away from the window. I will NEVER EVER EVER IN MY LIFE go here again.

Placed a mobile order today. Go to pick up the order and the drive thru is packed so I walk in and it looks like a ghost town. Five minutes later I’m acknowledged. I see for some reason we keep up the plastic barrier on the counter and we get talked to through an obnoxious loud speaker. Although I don’t quite understand the purpose because the man running the counter is wearing no mask, no gloves and seems like he just rolled in off the street and walked in to work. And of course the food was cold. The one thing I don’t understand about this location is that is used to be amazing when it first opened. Now it seems like they just go through employees and the ones that are there seem like they can’t handle any time of working environment. Maybe the company should look into this location and try better. Because they are just dragging a** and it’s pretty pathetic.

The level of service has dropped since covid however you will find a friendly face now and again. I also found that the food is a bit more oily as well. It is still a better alternative than KFC or Crown fried Chicken

Consistent issues w popeyes workers. It's like they can't seem to get anything right on top of being given attitude almost everytime I drive thru. Whoever does the hiring process needs to hire workers who understand simple things like 2+2=4 or when I say FRIES 20 times that isn't code for beans. Starting to wonder if this is just pure stupidity or if it's being done on purpose.

When to drive thru for lunch no customers in line was asked to wait a moment fifteen minutes later still no service and parking lot full of trash.
