Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
19 Ordered food for my crew while we were all at work. The order was wrong and I called in to fix the situation. They would not take responsibility or offer any solutions. Then they hung up on me. When I called back they would pickup and then hang up without speaking to me. Really?
You took my money, but didn’t give me my entire order.
Will never order from here again!
Sandwiches are a bit salty, service is always wish washy, not terrible but not happy to be there, sorry for your customers but I use to work at a job like this, you shouldn't do this type of job if it's not to your liking because we feel it, we see it, act like your happy then maybe your day will brighting someone else's and maybe yours, you might be surprised. Just because someone else kills your mood don't make other customers see it, we all have our days. But I thank you for your services.
I don't love this place anymore. My chicken sandwich was cold and the breast and the wing that I brought was also not warm.
It was a terrible experience, i did not get my chicken sandwich (that i paid for), i ordered a breast & wing meal, i got a leg & thigh meal. Do yourself a favor stay away from this Popeyes.
No organization and long waiting for online pickup orders. People were walking in and ordering food. One entrance was cut off but another was open.
The barely had the AC on and the wait was too long. The cashier had a bit of an attitude when ordering.
OMG! I hope I did not contract COVID-19. I just left the restaurant. This was the first I have been back since we moved to the yellow phase. When red no one was allowed in/curb only. I guess w/yellow status this changed. There is a hand written sign stating 7 people only allowed in at time. They also do have 6ft social distancing marks on the floor.but there was definitely more than 7 customers in, there is no sign about wearing a mask (not that there should be need, we should all know), no distancing of the employees working behind the counter and I can't figure out what the new plexi-glass is suppose to be blocking based on where installed at the counter. They should not call you over to take your order, until the previous customer order is completed and stepped away. The called me over, the previous customer was still waiting and also trying to get drinks from the beverage machine. I did everything I could for him to not bump into me since he was not aware of the social distancing practice.what they should have had him do was step away to wait. There was also a customer near the counter who had her mask off under her chin.none of the employees said anything. I do not know why the side door was not being used as an exit only directional as opposed to being blocked.
I can't imagine how this will be once green status. There are several COVID-19 improvements needed.
I'm rating three stars because the food was good and hot, but cannot rate higher due to the overall.
I only come here because it's close to my home. It's always crowded. The actual store is super small compared to all other locations. No air conditioner at all. The workers were sweating, I was sweating, the soft drink in the cup was sweating lol. Very slow lines. You'll only come here if you're happening to be driving by and don't mind waiting outside in the heat cause they only allow 7 ppl at a time due to Cov19. Only one soft drink machine but a worker with gloves get drinks to avoid contamination at the drink dispersal. Food is ok though.
Ordered boxes of chicken 2 came with total of 6 tiny & hardass wings couldn't eat them, gave them to the birds. 14.00 dollars wasted!
Male management and some female staff is incompetent. I had to come back to the restaurant 3 times because they can't read mild or spicy.
I placed an online order. They said we will call your name when it's ready. 20 minutes later we went up to ask and they pulled the receipt and said they will check on the status of the order. 5 minutes later they said it will be another 12 minutes for the chicken. I asked for a refund and now they said they cant refund me because it was an online order.tm. They got paid.could've open the register and refunded me. Never apologized and I had to wait and they didnt even give us the right amount of chicken that we paid for. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
The line was out the door. They did a good job on service. Not too long a wait. First time eating the spicy chicken sandwich
Pretty good but not worth killing over as we have read in the news.
.
The sandwich was hot and good. & it came up ironically quick.bc thec line so long
I had the spicy classic chicken.
The customers were extremely rude to the workers it should be a police officer in there for security
They can operate better, the fish cook was little Pieces, the 3 pieces need too be bigger for the money we pay. I was not happy.
We like a lot going out. Yesterday we went to this superb place which we didn’t know before. We passed a delightful time there with delicious dishes and a nice stuff and a distinguished cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we will surely go again soon. Highly recommended.
The chicken was way over cooked! Service was poor and disorganized. Did not get everything I ordered, noticed when I got home my apple pie was missing. Not a good place to eat.
Stopped at this Popeyes on Cheltenham Ave.service was so slow that I was falling asleep in line. Wanted a two piece chic and biscuit. Was told I had to buy a combo. Didn’t want the sides but okay! Wanted a leg and thigh’. To my surprise when I got home and opened the box I could identify the leg but the other part I didn’t know what it was. The chic was so overcooked that I couldn’t eat it. The side that I opted for was red beans and rice which was unflavored mush. I ordered two meals like that and a chicken sandwich. That wasn’t bad. It was a whole waste of twenty dollars. Tried to call but no one answered
This restaurant’s service is the worst service I’ve ever encountered. First off, the employees have too many persona conversations that they don’t care about placing orders and keeping the lines moving. I waited in front of the register for 5 minutes while the person at the register kept conversating with another worker, being AWARE that I was there waiting too. I came to pick up two different orders that was supposed to be done before I even arrived, but when I arrived I wasn’t given my order until 25 minutes later! I waited at the register for 25 minutes while everyone behind me still got their food before me! But also, people even had to wait 10 minutes for their food when we all could see that all our orders were RIGHT THERE. Nobody could even give us our orders while they were sitting there because they were all too busy conversating. I am NEVER coming back.
