Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Whitehall PA

Really don't understand the low rating of this Popeyes in Allentown.
I kid you not, the 2nd best Popoyes Restaurant I have been to in 30 years. I'm not kidding.
The chicken had the lightest outer batter with plump juicy and tasting meat on the inside.
I got the crispy, spices batter.
Biscuit is slightly dense but not buttery, yet goes with the meal. The mashed potatoes was a bit on the dry side (unusual) and lacked enough gravey.
The mac's Cheese according to my wife was to die for (I don't eat Mac 'n cheese).
I found the front staff member reserved but attentive to my order requirements.
Sooo good, we traveled back a 2nd time, 2 days later.
The only Popeyes chicken better was a location in the State of Maryland, 2 months ago.
However, one must try this Allentown, PA location.

The employee (s) the make this batter, are going the extra mile to make the batter! $

I was served chicken that looks and tasted like it was sitting there for days and reheated. I will never eat at this location again.

Tried the Ghost Pepper Wings. I liked it a lot. Not spicy at all to me since i like spicy foods but my daughter found it a bit much. She kept drinking coke or dipping wings in ranch. Lol. Food was good. I like the whitehall location. Staff and owner are very nice, food was fresh and the place is nice and clean. Sandwich is very good too. App coupons work at McArthur Rd. Not really at Hanover. =)

While paying at the drive thru Manager screamed at us to "hurry up and Pay". If she did this to us as paying customers I can only imagine how she treats her employees.

I love this location and I know how they are doing their best to serve the customers how they treat their customers and how they serve fresh food all the time and how they deal with any complaint

I usually don't eat in the restaurant, my preference.
I love Popeye's chicken & sides & so does my family! I get most of my Sunday dinners from Popeyes. Always delicious

Chicken is always so good. They are always replenishing chicken and sides on a constant rotation.
You might have to wait a little, so be prepared to have a little patience because they run out quickly due to the high volume of orders.
Other than that the staff are nice and your food is guaranteed fresh and piping hot.

Chicken was pipping hot not lukewarm like other places. Everything was delicious with the exception of the biscuits being a little too toasted but where still good overall. Would definitely come back.

App order via Drive Window. Spicy 10 piece meal $25. Sides great. Chicken was old dry stale on a Sunday 1PM time. Not a way to build customer satisfaction. Sad meal.

We have been coming here since it opened. The food is always hot and fresh + Unfortunately they have been making mistakes with our orders recently. Either something would be missing or it would be classic instead of spicy or the wrong pieces of chicken. It was a hassle going inside to fix the mistake but they were very apologetic and happy to make the correction. Just check your order before you leave.

I don't come here very often, for no reason other than if the rest of the family isn't feeling it, I'm going with what pleases the majority.
I do love me a good chicken sandwich though, and this one is consistently consistent. Love the fries too. Always do pleasant and my food is fresh, hot, correct and delicious

Simply put it was absolutely delicious. Everything was put together as requested, the food was hot, fast, tasty. This location did a great job of taking care of our chicken sandwich needs for this day. We will absolutely be here again every chance we have. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good chicken or shrimp. Oh! I love the biscuits.

The teenagers at this location are rude and obviously do not have customer service experience. Starting from the drive thru young girl to all the ones that take orders as soon as you go inside you feel the rudeness. Not only that it seems they hate the job and in reflects on the way they treat each customer. They need more training is sad to say staff members at popeyes are miserable. Meanwhile ppl at Burger King, KFC, Mcdonalds, Dunkin Donuts among others stores have teenagers with better attitudes serving ppl and that are more polite. Sometimes you never know who you are serving.

Much better looking much cleaner better service I like Popeyes now before you had horrible people it was dirty but I give you 10 Stars it's great now

I love this place. I come here all the time after skiing and it’s so good. The food is great and the service as well. Everything is perfect I can’t recommend it enough.

The food is rediculous expensive now the service was ok but they are new so they are adjusting with each other the location is good for it

The worst Popeyes ever, never get the order right, last few times didn’t even get my order! Make sure before you pull off, check the bag ….

The superior chicken spot in the lehigh valley! Their chicken is always fresh and yummy. The Mac n cheese is INCREDIBLE. I'm so mad it took me 31 years to actually try this place.
