Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Philadelphia PA

This Popeyes is so ghetto, I order 12P sweet and spicy meal they forgot the biscuit. I had to remind the cashier that I ordered an individual side of rice and beans. If I didn't remind her I would have walk out the store with a missing biscuit and side. My order came to 19.78 and you can't even use the bathroom after spending money. I will never patronize this ghetto incompetent popeyes again. The fast food industry is consistently failing, smaller portions, higher prices and disgusting customer service.

Didn’t have any tenders and wouldn’t take a Popeyes gift card makes no sense at all customer service is literally a zero

I've been here 3 times the food is never fresh but it's Popeyes the recipe stays the same so it Bearable

Ghetto new staff the whole staff is new. Before it was way better it was even the same guy here for years frying chicken.
Not really feeling it no more. Used to stop in here and there. Don't think I'll be back.

I once went here and they were not taking credit cards, the manager gave me the food, but I came back and mentioned it to him and he remembered and I paid for the meal, went there Sunday ordered 12 chicken strips, got home and it was only 9 so I went back and said somebody don't know how to count, they asked the girl she said she counted 12, and they put three really small pieces in, so they wanna do that, I'll do this, true story, don't need to steal 3 PCs of chicken.

After visiting this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was continuously cleaned by a lady (her name slips my mind) who went out of her way to very pleasantly interact with patrons. She offered refills and other amenities, in a genuine effort to make my experience very nice. And last but not least, the food was appetizing. I would recommend this location to others.

Very unprofessional. I had no personal issue when making my order and getting my food. The manager and staff were using profanity the entire time I was in there. As if they were home.

I love Popeye's spicy chicken breast and mash potatoes with no gravy. That's the only thing I get from them.

They don’t make food after 9, even thought they close at 10. And the female manager has a attitude, boutta make me boom her.

Ordered at the register and even though the restaurant was packed, there was no mac & cheese ready. So I patiently waited 10 extra minutes for it to cook.

Got all the way home and had to turn around because I realized they forgot my gravy and strawberry biscuit. Politely asked for fresh chicken for THEIR mistake and the manager was very rude with her response. I understand saying no, but the ignorance was unnecessary. This is why I drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different Popeyes. This store is always dirty and the manger is miserable. The girl who forgot my items was very nice.

Terrible Popeyes! They took so long to order my lunch was over before I could order. The cashier was talking to her friend so long they put her chicken back and had to get hot chicken. Then I didn’t want her cold chicken. All could have been avoided if casher did her job. Darn I love Popeyes I didn’t even get any lunch due to that situation. The cashier was asking for tips etc.craziness

Not organized, was here for an online pickup she rudely made me wait in line for no reason. What’s the point of online pickup. Every other restaurant has a pickup counter. Ridiculous

Fine except one small major detail this picture is missing. The Popeyes I visited doesn't look like this or have a drive thru! Mine was in THE HOOD BABY! Lol

The food is always good. The service THIS TIME was OK, but it IS the "hood", so you always have to be exposed to some riff-raff. Just stay to yourself keep your eye on your wallet and you'll be fine.

Young lady with the half up half down style today had the worst attitude, rolling her eyes when I added stuff to my order. Sheesh! I know everyone preaches bad customer service but her attitude was totally unacceptable.

They are hit or miss. In my opinion customer service is most of their problem. It is one server I like. She is great. If I go in and she is there my food will be great. However, there are 2 female managers if they are on the registers I walk out. The ATTITUDES ARE HORRIBLE. I usually go to another location if they are on schedule. The male manager is pretty nice in his interactions with the customers. He usually cracks a joke or 2 to make us laugh.

The managers and employees are ghetto and rude…. They’re too slow to remember to give customers straws and sauces and get mad when customers simply grab a straw…. They act just like their looks… ugly

It seems like they keep the place clean and please make sure you change your cooking oil people can get sick
