Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Erie PA

First time coming to Popeyes Ordered me and my family a couple 2 piece meals and a couple sandwiches. They forgot all my sides and gave loads of attitude when it was mentioned gave me a small scoop of maybe 10 fries in a to go bag and still forgot 1 of the sides when attempting to let the drive through person know they closed the window on me mid sentence. First time experiencing this facility was disgraceful and will not return.

1st an LAST time coming to this establishment.was hoping for diff experience but def prefer chick fil a Or AnyWhere else really. Popeyes chicken sandwich was SOGGY due to fact they added a pound of Mayo to there chewy weird tasting old chicken. Breading was a mushy mess I couldn't even take a second bite went in trash! Fries were hot an ok.when ud rather eat the bread n pickles u had to wipe a pound of Mayo off there's a problem. Do NOT recommend! Go down south if u want a good experience with Popeyes this is NOT IT! SICKKKK

These people never give the order soon. Staff is lazy and never give the order on time I work at door dash but hate to go this store. Hope they improve the store special with staff. They need a nice team leadership they need to be fast on the orders. Though we love Popeyes we hate to go this store

Ordered our food through the drive-thru at 1: 30 p.m. The person who took our order was extremely rude and refused to take 2 seperate orders from the same vehicle. Gave us our drink at the window then told us to go park in a handicap parking spot and wait for our food to be brought out to us even though they weren't even busy. We waited 30 MINUTES for our food as we watched several people go through the drive-thru and leave with there food. We decided to go through the drive-thru to ask about our order and told them that we have been waiting for 30 minutes for our food and proceeded to apologize while handing us our food that was not even hot anymore. I ordered nuggets with multiple dipping sauces and Mac n cheese and I did not receive any sauces or even a fork to eat with my food. This was my first time ever eating at Popeyes and I can assure that I will never go there again.

Very unorganized. Very slow! Waiting to order food for almost half an hour shouldn’t be acceptable. Also parking lot stinks like pot.

Very mad! I was fishing through the trash in the bathroom and got my finger pricked on a needle. My head hurts oooow!

Wouldn’t even give one star if I could. When ordering they refused to let us do 2 separate orders in one car. The guy we ordered from was extremely rude. Once we got our drink they told us to wait in handicap parking and they will bring us the rest. We were the only ones there they were not busy. After literally 33 minutes we decided to pull around the drive through and ask why we haven’t gotten our food and they said pull around it was ready. Of course after 35 minutes the food is cold. So we’re pulling out and they forgot our 6 sauces. So I had to run in. After a 45 minute trip rude service and cold food i will never be back. 40$ wasted and time.

I pull up to the busted up dilapidated drive thru to a taped on piece of paper saying ONLY ACCEPTING CASH. I ordered 2 simple value meals and I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich which I made very clear to the guy. I get to the window and pay for the order. He hands me a warm pop with zero ice. I get the receipt and see that he charged me for the FREE chicken sandwich. I tell the guy and the degenerate says "oh sorry there's nothin I can do since I already rang you out". So I said ok that's great. Can I get a pop with some ice in it? He looks at me dumbfounded and says "oh ill have to go around front to get it. Then he finally comes back with cups of ice and tries to hand me an empty cup of ice when the pop machine is right in front of his face. After waiting forever we finally get a bag of food. I say this is everything? The degenerate says yes. I open it up and it's missing the FREE chicken sandwich that I was charged for. So I get home and it's the wrong chicken sandwich. It was cold with a hard bun. This place needs to be shut down.again. It's ran by incompetent fools. Complete dump ran by morons

Looking a little better after new management but still not organized T v's weren't on, lobby was a mess, garbage overflowing, no lemonade either, and it was difficult to get anyone to wait on you and there were people waiting in the lobby to be served.

First time having Popeyes. Was so excited to try! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and ended up getting food poisoning: (needless to say it's going to be a long time before I can eat a chicken sandwich from anywhere again.

Staff were terrible, waited 15 minutes from my order, and they gave me the wrong item.they ripped the bag.

Food from this location is always old and cold. Breading is hard, meat is rubbery. People rave about Popeyes, I've given them multiple chances, unfortunately, i won't be back. The people who work there are very nice, tho!

The staff is very immature and ghetto go elsewhere for a piece of mind! Unprofessional would be an understatement!
