Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Harrisburg PA

I guess no one orders Spicy. They didn't have enough and the one's they gave us were overcooked.

Ordered spicy 2 piece meal no wings. I get 2 piece mild with wing. These employees don’t have a bright future when you can’t even get it right at a fast food restaurant. Check check check your order before you leave.

Horrible, they forgot our biscuits, I had to remind them of our mashed potatoes. The chicken sandwich was old. I have never seen popeyes l, so out of sorts as a business.

Most of the employees were not terribly friendly. A couple were really nice, but from the other no eye contact or complete ignoring. Kept trying to walk away from me. Stingy with sauces. I got 6 for my 16 pc family meal and for another order with tenders, and when I wanted a couple more I was asked with attitude what I got, and they looked in my bag like I asked for way too much. Clean establishment, though. Food was decent.

Forgot all of our sauces and waited in drive through for about 20 minutes even after ordering online. Food was meh

New Manager very nice and professional. Sometimes the chicken seems like it may have been sitting too long or possibly old grease. However, it's expected for the area

Long line in drive thru but excellent and quick service! Michelle really has it going on (name at window) she was very thorough and got it right! Great food!

Went to cameron street location on my 30 minute lunch break, stood behind 1 other person for 20 minutes, empty drive through we were glared at by cashier 5 or 6 times but never asked to take our order I walked out after 25 minutes so I could get back to work hungry and disappointed will not go back.

It was dirty they didn't have anything that they said was on the menu the workers were very polite

All the tables were dirty but one. Napkin dispenser empty. Soda machine and front counter area needed to cleaned up. **Friendly, helpful staff. Food was hot and fresh. West Shore needs a Popeyes!

I really wanted it to be good but you could tell the chicken was made earlier and just sat around. It had no crisp left and wasn't even hot at that point.

Food is good but my fish was overcooked and I said it to the cashier and she didn't even offer to change it.

We walked in the place and the smell alone was nauseating. Than we looked at the counters, they had a years worth of dust on them. The floors and tables were just as bad. Needless to say we turned right around and left. No way was I getting food poisoning. The absolute dirtiest establishment I have ever been in.

Horrible horrible place. HOW do you guys sell a four piece for 10 dollars with no side or drinks or even biscuits? And you guys have false advertising ON your website its Pathetic And Won’t Be Buying From here Ever Again should Be Shut Down.

Popeyes is one of the only places I get fast food from. Good service, good food. Drove out of my way to get their chicken dinner.

If could rate negative stars would have. Service poor, facility filthy, staff rude. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

How I miss popeyes in Florida and was so happy to find one near Harrisburg.its so good.if have coupons out of town. Will take just say where from.they do accommodate.they may not have that combo or whatever.they do work with you.friendly and do get in and out quick

This place needs a cleaning.the serving area and dining area are filthy. They need some lessons on food hygiene
