You have to wait too long to receive your order. The fast-food comes slow. To me, the place is never clean and inviting. It sucks.

Horrible customer service cashier had Horrible Attitudes. I had to ask that they wear gloves, sandwich was not cooked all the way fries were a greasy mess the best thing of the meal was the biscuit

It was okay got my food in a timely fashion, but they put ice in my drink when I asked for no ice. One customer said they forgot her sandwich, so make sure your food is correct before you leave.

Negative 1. I was waiting for my food off to the side. My number was never called. I watched this young lady out down a bag of food and never said anything. I noticed it was a lot of playing going on. I didn’t think it was my food. 10 mins went by and I had to ask where was my order. The employee than proceed to say “oh this is your food right here” with an attitude. I asked for my drink she pushes it to the food. The manager mumbles something under her breathe but she didn’t think I caught it. Very unprofessional at this location. Employees are rude and manager is horrible. I would spend my dollars here ever again

They did not have two food items I wanted. The floors were dirty in front dining area. An associate was sweeping floor in kitchen while food was being prepared, another associate kicked a box of rolls across the floor then unpacked the rolls from floor. The cashier was rude, talking to customers rude because they were taking cards only and she was tired of telling customer they had to pay with cards only. She was mumbling cuss words.

I went to Popeyes on Hunting Park today. They have a sign on door no entry without a mask. But they don't enforce it. 3 customers they were together had no mask on. One employee had a mask on her chin others had it over their mouth. Even the manager he had on a green shirt had it over his mouth. I don't understand you are working with the public and your not trying to protect yourself or your customers. Some people wear them correctly, some wear on mouth or not at all. Philadelphia will never get back to normal because people don't care and don't want to do what's right. This virus will never go away at this rate

Everything was right but lady gave me spicy chicken sandwich instead of mild but its cool i still enjoyed them

My favorite place for delicious Chicken. There was quick and friendly service. The bill was reasonable. Makes me feel like I am back in Tucson.

Absolutely worst experience ever. The line was extremely long, pretty much every person was waiting for their order. And they ran out of all chicken sandwiches and other items as well. Ill prepared! Waste of my time, yours too.

Ordered twice 1st time 3 piece with a breast and 2 wings- received a thigh and 2 wings/ ordered tonight 3 piece Breast and 2 wings - got 3 dry wings and cold soggy fries- uber reimburse me, luv uber eats but will not order from that popeyes ever again- its not that difficult to get an order right.

I've been going to this popeyes for years. Every time i go now they're chicken is bland with no seasoning and the food is cold and hard. The new owners need to stick with what they know because they don't know chicken. Don't eat here notice in the reviews all the ones that say excellent food excellent servicer are from relations or similar backgrounds of the new owners. Don't be fooled

Order all wrong even after the cashier verified what I wanted. It's not hard to pay attention. Money just wasted!

Chicken is fresh hot just wish you get more for your buck and when you have to wait offer a drink or something I go all the time and have to wait no drink offer

They were fast, friendly and got my order correct. That's a great thing, especially for a location in the hood. The lobby was clean and well lit. I'd go back again.

Waited 10 mins for a breast and wing while I stood their and seen my food just sitting there. Same for the 1 other person that was in the store!
Had 2 long ass peices of hair in my beans and rice, could be mine I have a short boy cut!
Chicken taste like soap. Very disappointed I love Popeyes or at least I used too

Very dirty I had to ask for someone to clean the tables. And people was asking things had a table and all

This place is always clean & never over crowded. I always go there to get my favorite red beans & rice!
