Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Lansdale PA

Of the last 4 times I've been there in the past year. 3 of them got the order wrong. Tried to pick up an order and they didn't even have it in their system. Showed them the receipt, and they still got it wrong. Food may be good, but I have zero interest in ever coming back.

Very disappointing. Drive was VERY slow. My first and LAST chicken sandwich. Nothing special at all. I'll stick with Chikfila

This is the best Popeyes I have ever been too. The dining room is closed but the food is the way it is supposed to be. I will be back and I drive there from Philly and pass by two other locations.

App says to come inside for Uber eats but they have the doors locked and say use drive through when you get there

No more Cajun Rice. Had to try the Fish sandwich. Spicy Cajun crust, tasteless flounder. No thanks. LJSilver is across the street. Should have gone there.

Horrible 3rd time going always messing the orders up and they don’t understand you and you can’t understand them!

If you continue with the quality of food you are serving and the expertise of your counter staff, you will be out of business in a very short time. I was in your establishment today with a companion. We had a very simple order in mind and were specific in our selections. There was no one in the restaurant but a single man at a table. There was a staff of three at the counter. Nothing about our order was correct. I would have thought we had gotten someone else’s order but again we were the only patrons there. These attendees, in my estimation, had no idea of what they were doing, illiterate in the English language. Needless to say, when I opened my dinner box I was not pleased. I spent $12.00 on #@+&#@, I will never patronize Popeyes again. The food was less than palatable. Who are you trying to kid.

I was quite impressed. Not really a huge fried chicken person, but I really don't know if I will ever go back to KFC. The place was nice, the food was better (and I didn't feel like I was going to die after eating their food).

Food is good but the service is less than stellar. They frequently get the order wrong either because if mishearing it or just not carrying. We corrected them 3 times once and they still got it wrong.

Always double check your order, especially if you use the drive thru. Ask for spicy you get mild. Ask fir certain pieces and they give you whatever

Really bad waited 35 minutes.no help others said they had been waiting longer.cashier was also trying to help in back at same time as doing her job.

This place needs organization. The food is decent. The service needs to be reorganized. Two customers left the business because they did not get the food they ordered. Reorganization and an extra hand, in front they'll be good.

Worst service ever! Waited 30 minutes for my food.they forgot to drop more spicy tenders. Then they ignored me.finally get my food and they shorted my tenders. To top it off they gave me 3 small sauces for 22 tenders. Really! NEVER be back to this location again!

The service was terrible and food was the horrible. Will not be going back to this location. Filthy.

Loved the wings combo and taste is too good. Popcor Shrimp is as well tasty. Service as well top notch.

4/18 around 9: 00 pm Wonderful service, the nice young lady took our order and accimindated us with fresh hot and delicious chicken and a fountain drink.

They took a long time for the food to come and then they brought no cocktail sauce for the shrimp. Then that took a while.

New people don't know what they are doing! Good for love the spicy chicken.we had also ordered a gallon of lemonade which was really good

Don't order at the drive thru, they always get your order wrong. You must go in to get the order right.

It is one place where I can make the Whole family to agree! Everyone has something they love, biscuits, Cajun fries, red beans and rice. The whole meals makes them smile.
