Porsche Pittsburgh

I purchased a used Lexus Lc 500 recently for 70k+ from this dealership. I am a long term PCA member. The car was excellent, ready to go when I arrived to pick it up (drove 4 hours). I did not get the owner's manual, the work order for sale prep, and the original window sticker which supposedly came with the car. I was assured by Kevin Lee, my sales agent, that all 3 would be taken care of so I completed the purchase and drove the car home. No problems with the car, prepped well, inspection, insurance card, etc.all good. I called Kevin 1 week later, no progress, called 2 weeks later, no progress, called again, no response. No response to a text either. I then called Joe V, the used car manager, to pursue the missing documents. He said no problem, he'll take care of it. I called again a week later "no problem, I'll take care of it". A week later without any news, I called the general manager, Mark. He was very responsive, in 2 weeks an owner's manual arrived at my home, finally. I called the service manager, Sean Brennan, myself and he emailed a copy of the work order for the car in 10 minutes, good guy. I never received the original window sticker. Bottom line, I would not purchase a vehicle from this store again. Surprising lack of customer service for a high end dealership.

Wow what an experience. If you plan on buying anything under 6 figures at this dealership I’d recommend against it. I went to purchase a used Audi from this dealership and within the first day I noticed a transmission issue. I brought it up to the sales person who told me it was probably the “auto start stop function acting up” 2 days later it got worse and the check engine light came on. Lucky me I purchased the warranty, which was denied because of how soon after the purchase the issue arrived, and that it was a preexisting condition. The car was not safe to drive so they were nice enough to give me a car that was a year out of inspection to drive while they figured out what to do. Eventually a week later they came to the conclusion they would be covering the issues between them and Audi. I was told “it was being taken care of” They told me Audi would have a loaner for me, they didn’t, so they replaced the car I was in with another one that also had a check engine light on (I’m noticing a pattern). My car doesn’t even get finished and they request their vehicle back with no replacement and tell me I should take up my qualms with Audi. Finally, my car finishes and I’m blind sided by a $250 bill because in their words “that’s my deductible” for a warranty that wasn’t even used because they sold me a car with a preexisting issue. The communication from them through the whole issue left a lot to be desired. I ended up without the car I bought for about a month and a half. So unless you are purchasing a new car from them and not a 45k used vehicle then save yourself the time and money and head somewhere else.

Just wanted to say Pittsburgh Porsche is great and my salesperson Albrey was also a pleasure to work with good guy not pushy but direct the entire staff from the time me and my wife entered the Porsche store we were treated with respect even tho we weren’t there to purchase a Porsche but were treated as we were very helpful got me in the ram truck that I wanted and the financing I wanted great store to purchase any kind of vehicle love my ram truck again VERY INVITING STAFF THANK YOU SO MUCH PITTSBURGH PORSCHE AND ALSO ALBREY MY SALES GUY great job

I bought my two most recent vehicles from Porsche Pittsburgh and had such a great experience. Ermenia was phenomenal! She knew exactly what I wanted, kept me in my price range and worked with me on getting my dream car? I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She was very knowledgeable, professional and made everything go smooth, no hassle. I have a 7 month old and she made sure we werent stuck at the dealership all day. We were in and out with great service. I highly reccomend going to her if you need any type of car, she knew i was looking for a car they didnt have and when someone traded theirs in she called me immediately. Love my Porsche fam, they have been great to work with!

Wow, all I have to say is ask for Erminia.she is wonderful. Every time I walk into a car dealership i internally have to mentally prepare myself because every experience I’ve ever had I am pushed to buy a car. Erminia changed that for me. I came in. She treated me like a normal person.made me feel like I was so special. I had genuine FUN and when you’re spending this type of money, it’s all about the experience and she hit it on the head for me. I will only ever come to Porsche Pittsburgh because of Erminia. She’s earned my trust and business for an eternity.

Bought a vehicle here about a month ago; vehicle was NOT detailed clean prior to receiving the vehicle, found trash from previous owner still inside. Maintenance required light is now flashing, curious as to what they did or didn't do while they had the vehicle in the shop to update inspection sticker etc. Would NOT buy or recommend buying from this dealership

Was looking to purchase a Panamera for my wife’s birthday and upcoming graduation with her Masters degree. Found the one she wanted at Porsche Pittsburgh but we live in NC. Worked with Jessica Hutchison and she was absolutely wonderful. Very responsive, and did what she said she was going to do. My wife loves the car. Porsche Pittsburgh was awesome. 10 stars in my book. I’ll be looking for a Porsche myself in a few months, I’ll start with you all first.

We have bought two cars from Erminia downtown porche and she is the best as non pushy and really made buying a car easy and fun…big fan of all the staff!

Porsche Pittsburgh service department is excellent! They were courteous and their communication was great. I will always use and recommend them. Nate was awesome to work with. The best part is the work was done correctly and reasonably. A great big thank you to Porsche Pittsburgh!

I think the overall customer service at Porsche Pittsburgh is very unsatisfactory. This is my second time for service work and there is always an issue and the dealerships doesn’t seem to care …

The purchase was everything you would expect from a premier dealership. Our sales representative Erminia Spinelli was knowledgeable, extremely efficient and genuinely one of the kindest individuals you could work with. Thank you for the amazing experience.

We came back for our 2nd vehicle. We live out of town so if my vehicle needs service they pick it up and leave us a great loaner vehicle. We actually bought our 2nd vehicle via text with our trade in. Paperwork was ready when we showed up to sign. Our salesperson works with us to make sure we are happy and satisfied. Nate in service was very helpful when car was in the shop keeping us up to date on any issues. Had a battery issue recently, since car was purschaed CPO all work and battery covered by warranty. Loaner car was also available and was delivered to me in a different state. Porsche roadside service which towed the vehicle to dealership was great and kept me informed until my vehicle arrived at dealership.

I work with the parts department and the service department on a wide range of projects for a variety of Porsche models. The team at Porsche Pittsburgh strives to excel at every detail and make the experience professional and efficient. I very highly recommend trusting in them for anything and everything Porsche.

First Porsche maintenance on my panamera. It’s a little overwhelming when you have never done it before. Porsche pittsburgh and Nate in service made it an absolute breeze. Extremely kind and patient with my questions and had great depth of knowledge when explaining the circumstances. Oh and the full detail had her looking and feeling brand new! Thanks guys!
