I walked in with a brand new laptop to ship out of state. Ten minutes later, I walked out with it properly boxed, insured, and processed without ANY issue. This is my GO TO for all shipping needs. Thank you Mike for being a man of your word!
Having never bought items from a auction house before, i had many concerns about the purchase & even more concerns regarding the shipping of delicate items, right from the first conversation i had with Michael from postal connections i knew my items were in good hands, Michael was patient, attentive, listened to all my concerns & was eager to help & package my items with the TLC that they required, once i received the package i saw the professionalism that this company takes in packaging & shipping delicate & personnel items, i can't thank you guys enough & i look forward to our next transaction together
I arranged shipping of an auction item to me with Mike, manager. It was important to me that a signature not be required otherwise I could not receive package Despite assurance from Mike that no signature would be required the item was shipped with signature requirement. When I received shipment text from Fedex I immediately emailed and left a voicemail at postal connection for explanation. I received no response. This caused me to incur addition expense to arrange someone to stay at my house to accept item After several emails back-and-forth with Mike he refused to accept any responsibility for the item being shipped with a signature requirement from his store He also refused to reimburse me the money it cost me to accept the package. I was very disappointed in the service I received at Postal Connection 209
NEVER buy stamps at Postal Connections. They charge $10 extra/roll but do not tell you this. I have never had an extra charge for stamps ANYWHERE! It makes you wonder what other underhanded charges they are making!?
Worked here for over a year, excellent service. Michael Anderson is very welcoming, You definitely have inspired me to accomplish great things and I continued to thrive and becoming successful everyday, it was a pleasure working with you Micheal hope you will keep me in your system to ship.
