16The female Employee is very nice and has Hospitality to her customers. She works very hard 9.5 hours daily Monday thru Friday and 8: 30 am til 13: 00 every other Sat. Doesn't get time off or doesn't even get a 30 min lunch break.so if you do business here try to keep it professional and be very polite and you will get the same respect in return & above expectations. The fees are reasonably okay. They don't have any control over FedEx QR codes. That comes from FedEx itself and any other QR codes. So if you see Kristin tell her to have a spectacular day and smile keep up the amazing Job you do.
Employee was rude and unfriendly as soon as I entered the door, and had an attitude when I presented a QR code to scan to return my package.
Absolutely unprofessional. Unwarranted response from employee as I was asking a clarifying question for understanding. *the lack of professionalism shows in the response. Great job, sir.
Don't go here if you have a Fed Ex QR code! They will send you to a corporate store in Harrisburg.
I just wanted to reach out regarding my first interaction with your company. I have never purchased from an online auction so had no idea of the inner workings and protocol. At auctions end I discovered that the auction house did not provide shipping. An informational call to them put me in contact with your company. I believe that I had three phone conversations with two different staff members. Each time I was treated with respect and patience. A lot of patience! I had a lot of questions! My final conversation was with the owner due to an “interesting” typo in my shipping charge email. Again I was treated with kindness and respect and a laugh was shared at the mistake. I paid my charges and my box was dispatched that day with arrival just two days later. Packaging was secure and all items arrived unscathed.
Your team is top notch and all are appreciated! Thank you for all that you do and for being pleasant while being incredibly busy!
Go to 1200 Market Street, Lemoyne PA 17043. Received instructions to go to store via email regarding my overnight shippment was never received until 10 days later and the manager literally yelled at me in front of other customers. Take my advice go to another location.
I sell online and never realized I could use multiple companies for shipping and drop them all off here. This has been a huge convenience to me and I have been able drop shipping costs for my customers. This also increases my sale numbers. Postal Connections has saved and made me money! If I am doing non work related shipping I 100% use them also. I am a huge fan! Thank You.
I had to FedEx a package on 12/31/22. Called and voice mail said that the store was open until 2: 00 pm. I got there at 12: 30 and the normal hours sign listed open until 1: 00 on Saturday. The store was closed and there wasn't even a handwritten sign on the door (like most stores) advising customers that the store would be closed on New Year's Eve. I.like another customer who was also there.obviously weren't happy. (Fyi, Mail Room in Lemoyne and UPS stores were both open at the time.)
Lady at the front desk was super nice! Ordered the wrong size dog kennel from Chewy. Helped me bring it in, had a receipt ready to go. Fast and excellent customer service, highly recommend!
For where I live, its perfect. They take everything USPS, UPS and Fedex. I'm in and out very quickly and the staff are always super helpful.
Owner is extremely hostile and unprofessional. He upcharges and adds surcharges and would not remove them when I asked (such as signature requirement for the package). I have never in my life dealt with a more ignorant business owner.

Everything is in perfect condition and I was even able to salvage 95% of the packing materials because of the neat and tidy way in which each item was packed.

Please don't waste your time. One person working. They don't print labels and charge a premium. QR or bar codes forget about it.

The representative was extremely rude to a customer of 13 years! The fact that the $60 wasn't paid, was a simple oversight. I haven't been monitoring the emails as I have multiple email accounts. I tried to submit payment, when I realized the oversight. I called with my credit card number, the representative refused to accept my payment. I was shocked to be treated with such rudeness and disrespect! These people need a crash course in customer service!
I don't do business this way. I pay my bills! I have been a customer since 2008. As the previous owner could attest.
You chose to refuse payment, so you will not be paid. I stole nothing from this business.
Tip, if you want to grow your flagling business teach your customer service representative to speak and treat your customers with respect. Your key is in the mail. Good riddance. I'm done.
