Potter County Veterinary Clinic, INC reviews
9Wouldn’t send my dog there! The employees aren’t empathetic at all. I witnessed my sisters trying to get her sick puppy in and they dined helping her. Heartless I tell you!
My husband an I brought our sick cat in gave him a thorough examination an gave us he's honest opinion an we took great people to work with I highly recommend
It was a difficult situation and the staff made it so much easier. We were taken to a very nice home setting room to make us feel more at ease instead of the regular examination room. The staff did everything they could to ease our pain and sadness. I would definitely recommend this veterinarian clinic.
The people that work here are the best. I would recommend them to everybody. I would like to thank them for taking are dog when no one else would.
Such a respectful and honest group of people. Love how they have 2 separate buildings for cats n dogs.
My mother got her cat spayed here, she came back in her crate the same day with the crate full of pee and she were absolutely terrified.
Later that night Bonnie our cat went cold and started shaking, she died early the next morning.
We called the clinic and they said “opps sorry must of been a hard spay, there’s nothing we can do about it. “
The lady on the phone was very rude and didn’t care that the cat had died because of them.
WILL NEVER BE BRINGING OUR ANIMALS BACK HERE.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
RIP Bonnie.
They were wonderful with my new puppy very knowledgeable and caring. They explained everything thoroughly and I appreciate that!
Our first experience with this vet clinic was picking up insulin for our cat. The lady at the desk included an ice pack because we were not going home right away! That was so thoughtful and not something our previous vet ever offered.
Our second experience was when I called to have them help our 14yo dog cross over. She was so frail and doesn't do well with car rides; so I asked about a home visit. We were lucky it fit their schedule and they said they could come out the next day (FYI-there was an extra fee for this and we paid for the appointment in advance). The receptionist was incredibly compassionate as I ugly cried while making this appointment. The next day 2 very kind staff members showed up. They had an amazing bedside manner and treated our Molly with incredible respect and care. The one girl helped to ease her anxiety as the other pushed the meds. They talked us through it and comforted us. They also did a paw impression for us to keep. We were very impressed with how the appointment went and absolutely appreciative of the staff. Thank you!
