Great down to earth atmosphere, the owners are great people, and the atmosphere and patrons are friendly.

We usually go Wednesday or Thursday night. Service seems to be thin but they do their best. Food is always great.

Thanksgiving Buffet was PERFECT
Only wish I could order a Thanksgiving style meal once or twice a month from you guys.

This is a good place for gatherings like class reunions. There was a nice buffet, cash bar, and DJ. The staff was helpful.

It is a great place to hang out with your friends and have a drink with some delicious bar food. Great beer on tap and besides the lacking service, is a great place altogether.

Worst service I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of restaurants, mom and pop shops plus what was worse is that I’ve never been in this area nor have been in this establishment I wasn’t sure how it was truly ram but I waited probably almost an hour for my food waited 10 minutes for the waitress to take my order and the entire time they were more worried about their DoorDash orders than their own in-house customers. There was only one server one busser and when I saw into the kitchen I saw four cooks and I saw four tickets not being taken care of also there was only one couple waiting ahead of me and two other people that had already gotten their food and they were already finished so they weren’t even that busy in the restaurant.we were just going to leave and pay for our drinks but the waitress came out and said it was ready and asked if we wanted to take it home, we did but it took her 5 minutes to even do so then when she went to charge the card we didn’t even get a discount didn’t give us any type of I’m sorry you waited this long and just said it’s been a long night but instead she prioritized the door dash instead of the actual customers. All we ordered was a 10 count of wings and a cheese steak and Curley fries. Unbelievable.

Ordered there twice before second time food came cold third time Onion rings were burnt and the cheesesteak meat was just toss on their like a little handful and the chicken fringes we're uncooked. Won't be ordering there again. Sad cuz I heard such great things about them.

Service was fast and friendly. We all had burgers and they were delicious! Fries were fresh cut and also very good.

Had our Thanksgiving dinner there today and everything was great. Food was delicious, staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely go there again for a holiday dinner!

We take out ordered four dozen wings and a California cheeseburger cooked medium. Wings were WAY overdone and as was the VERY over cooked cheeseburger. To top it off, we ordered the cheeseburger NOT to have ANY mayonnaise. Besides the dry, hard and overcooked wings and cheeseburger, the cheeseburger was HEAVILY lathered in mayonnaise FAR above what might normally be put on anything. It actually was leaking mayonnaise out all sides of the burger when unwrapped at home. We heard the place does not care how you order food because the cook it how THEY want to cook it and do not care what the customer wants. We found the warning to be true. Save your money and go ANYWHERE but here. Or, bring a heavy duty saw to cut through your order?

Trash. Got half dozen wings. 10$! And a side of Mac and cheese. Mac was pasty
Wings where dry. Refuses to make me new one. Said I wasn’t eating them. Still charged me. So now I’m hungry and out my money. Got a tequila sunrise drink. Tasted like water. And even looks watered down.

Yeah. No. My order didn't taste good ended up tossing it out.

The Hostess was incredibly friendly as was the wait staff. We loved wings and just writing this has me craving more. I'm glad I don't live in the area or I would be buying way more wings than any human should.

Very unprofessional. I have worked as a caterer and in the kitchen for 15 years. Has potential to be a great venue, until it comes to planning a party and getting the information you need. After numerous attempts to contact someone, I was finally able to put a $300 deposit down two months before my event. Then, after many more attempts to contact, I finally got a "menu" with incorrect pricing. After choosing my menu one week before the event, Paul (owner) calls me with a price that is $500 MORE than what is stated on his menu (without providing itemized receipt), explains to me that this is because price increase due to Covid and was unable to give me any more information in regards to where my money was going. In Paul's eyes, the customer is never right, even when they're about to spend $1,200 to use his venue. He never introduced himself, and there still hasn't been any follow-up on how the event went. The staff was clearly not trained well, the food was cold and I was clearing plates from the guest tables myself, while the staff that I paid to be there was sitting at the bar. Lastly, I received my $900 balance as a handwritten guest check. The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism I received from Paul and his staff is something like I have never experienced.

My first time there, not sure why I've waited so long! Wasn't sure on what to order but decided on a burger and chilli cheese fries and they did not disappoint! So fresh and so delicious waitress and also the owner are very friendly great atmosphere, definitely will be going again.

My 8 year old little sister is incredibly picky over food and she loved this place so much that she wrote this review and asked me to post it for her!

No loud sounds, nice service, great food, and great menus. I will never forget about this restaurant, it was a great day for a Restaurant’s rest! It is called Pottsville Zone, and brings happiness to the whole family. And ever since, this became my favorite restaurant! I hope this restaurant will be famous someday!
