These guys are great! I called Monday they had there tech come out too service my furnace the next morning! Nice people to very professional will be calling them back!

Jordan and his team went above and beyond on replacing our polybutylene with PEX. They added and labelled more shutoff valves, access panels, and frost free faucets. I highly recommend Precision plumbing.

After my boiler stopped running Precision came out the very next day and the service tech was very thorough and skilled at getting everything back to running in tip top shape. Pricing was reasonable and the whole experience was refreshing.

The whole company was great. The service guy came on time and everything. I know what he look like because they sent a photo very nice when I first called them a couple months ago they didn’t pressure me or anything told me all kinds of things I was so happy with them. They were very nice people. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I’m glad my friend at work. This is their name and my propane company also recommended them so they have a customer for as long as I’m alive.

Call price felt high but they were able to come out, diagnose, and fix our heat within 12 hours of our phone call. Our technician was respectful and very knowledgeable. We really like that the invoice shows photos of the before and after to show exactly what work was done so there’s no question in the future.

Precision installed a Mitsubishi mini split system for heating, cooling and dehumidification. Excellent service from start to finish. Oliver explained the system, process for installation thoroughly. Jeff, Steve, Rick respectfully took care to protect floors, walls and my home. And they excelled in their customer service habits! Plus they did a fantastic installation job! Isaac touched base to be sure all was well and Alex did a fantastic job with a furnace repair. Top notch, excellent product and service. Highly recommended

From the quote, to the install and removal of the old hot water heater and post service follow-up, everything was timely and done in a very professional manner. We started having issues with our furnace and Precision came out next day to diagnose the faulty parts. They came back very quickly to change out the parts for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision!

I cant thank the whole team at Precision enough. I had a new heating system installed by another company and there was one issue after another. Alex and Issac were quickly able to determine the issues and it is now running properly. Their customer service and pricing was top notch, they have earned a customer for life.

Furnace decided to blow and take the AC along with it. I shopped around and dealt with no replies, or vague details. Precision was up front and crystal clear with the details, cost, and installation. And checked in on me and my family all the way up to the installation date and brought heaters to keep us comfortable. Installation was clean quick and looks sharp and I could feel the difference immediately when they fired that bad boy up. Very pleased with the service and a shoutout to Issac on their team!
