I highly highly recommend Precision Endodontics! It was a very good experience. Everyone was professional and super kind.

First time visit today at the Lower Burrell Office. Staff very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I left their office with my test and exam results fully explained to me along with my options.

Every time I have been in to see them for a root canal, the staff has been absolutely amazing. Friendly, warm and wicked sense of humor. All of that helps put you at ease. The endodontists explain each part of the procedure and tell you what comes next, whether at their office, or your dentist's office.

If there is such a thing as a great experience getting a root canal, this was it. Dr Jun did a superb job getting the job done while keeping me completely relaxed and informed each step of the way. The entire staff was friendly and very professional at all times. Excellent experience.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. My 12 year old son was very relaxed and full of questions, which the staff answered on his level. For someone who had been previously traumatized by a dentist, this was really a major deal. A BIG thumbs up! Highly recommend.

They were very up front and did everything in one sitting. Very polite made you feel like they have known you forever. If I had any complaint, it would be that they don’t have later appointments.

Dr. Bell did a wonderful job. He made certain I was completely numb before he started the root canal. It was a completely painless & bloodless procedure. I was nervous as this was my first one. The only constructive criticism I have is that the dental technician or the doctor should ask the patient if they've had a root canal before. If not, they should take the time to explain the procedure and what to expect. They should not just assume that every patient is familiar with iy just because they do over 20 root canals a day. I shouldn't have had to ask to have the procedure explained to me. They should have immediately asked about any previous experience and put me at ease, as it was my first time. Otherwise, I definitely would recommend Dr. Bell and absolutely go back to him if ever necessary.

Root canals are never fun, but when they are pain free they are much more tolerable. Precision team did a great job at communicating and making a not so pleasant procedure something I don’t rue should it pop up again.
