Precision Eye Care West Chester

The experience at this office is unlike any other doctor’s office. Dr. Yannelli is thorough, kind, and so intelligent. She always has great problem-solving tips and works with you until everything is perfect. Her staff in the West Chester office is so professional and friendly. It is always a pleasure dealing them. I have been going to them for several years and today, for the first time, they were running a bit behind. I have never had a doctor’s office ever care how long they keep you waiting. Everyone in the office was so apologetic today. There honestly is not enough kind words to describe the service and professionalism that you receive in this office. You feel like you are part of their family!

I highly recommend! The crew were extremely welcoming and helpful. The eye exam was thorough and the doctor was very clear in explaining what was tested and what the results meant. I wear glasses and while choosing my new frames and lenses, they were extremely informative about the options that I had.

A truly great experience from start to finish! We were greeted warmly, our appointment was handled exactly on time and Dr. Yannelli was wonderful. She explained each step expertly and answered all of our questions thoughtfully! I wish all doctors had her bedside manner and demeanor!

Avoid avoid avoid—- DO NOT GO HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Pros— they are nice. Mike is very nice.

That’s where it ends.

Cons— changed my prescription even though I not only told them I have the same prescription in both eyes— she changed it anyway because “she knew better”

Get my glasses from LensCrafters— because they have next to no selection in the office— and guess what—- the prescription is all off.

I was at day 33 and they have a 30 day exchange policy. Precision says they can’t do anything about it and “tough luck”—-

Offered to discount a new pair of glasses and frames—- when I just bought a 300 pair that don’t fit and would need to pay another 300 to get them fixed.

Thad they just left my prescription as is—- we wouldn’t be in this situation.so i suggest you avoid Precision ALL DAY unless you want a eye doctor who is really really nice, but screws everything else up and then doesn’t stand by their recommendations—-

Oh and they overcharged me— told them I didn’t want anything that wasn’t included with my insurance eye exam and I got a bill from
The later in the mail that I won’t be paying.

Save yourself the hassle—- go somewhere else— ANYWHERE else

Highly recommend Precision Eye Care to anyone in the West Chester/Philly area looking for top level expertise, customer service and professionalism. Scarlett was very friendly and courteous, the service was fast and the technology (Optomap Imaging) was incredible.

Cindy Koza OD guided me through the testing, was very consultative and walked me step by step through each of the images pertaining to my eyes. Best experience I've had and I would rank Precision Eye Care right next to Wills Eye Hospital.

Every eye care center needs a Scarlett and Mike they are theeeee BEST!
And the eye doctor was so welcoming and reassuring.she even helped me to finalize the style of my new glasses lol. I just love this place and you will as well.
