Precision Performance Physical Therapy - Malvern reviews
18Ian has incredible knowledge and patience with his craft. I’m learning a lot in a short amount of time and already feeling better. He’s also an encouraging coach who asks great questions.
“Personalized care. I feel like they really want to help and are willing to see the whole picture, not just the one issue I came in for. ”
I was referred to Precision after an injury and I couldn’t have been more impressed with Ian and team. I have been referring them to everyone. Not only is the customer experience amazing, you can tell they really care about you and getting better.
Ian seems to understand my daughter’s issues and how to help correct them over time. He has done a great job of explaining to me and regularly touching base on progress.
Great caring staff. Zeroed in on the issue right away and helped me through exercise routines that really helped. I was able to get things right in only 5 visits.
If I could shout from the mountaintops for all athletes to hear that Precision Performance is the place to go, I totally would. I worked with Ian to overcome an injury born out of improper running form. The wealth of knowledge that the PTs at Precision Performance have is astounding. After 3 months without an official injury diagnosis, which included 2 doctors and multiple scans, Ian was able to diagnose my injury within the first few minutes of my first visit. We worked to create new neural pathways in my brain to strengthen my weaknesses and correct my form for long term health instead of a quick fix. And man, does Precision Performance care. They want you to be the best athlete you can be for the long term and focus their work with that end goal in mind. They will tailor the therapy to your specific goals, address any minor flare ups, and answer any questions you may have (and I had quite a few of them). If you're in need of any sort of physical therapy, there's literally no better place than Precision Performance.
I've seen half a-dozen PT's across Utah and Pennsylvania before a family friend recommended I see the guys at Precision Performance. Other PT's I'd seen were always pessimistic about my fractured Talus in my ankle, saying it would likely never be the same, and that I'd have to find a new job instead of ski patrolling. After getting set up with Ian this all changed. During our first consult he asked me two important question which no other PT had: "What are your goals? " and "What is your timeline? ". Leaving that first session it felt like someone had my back for the first time since my accident. Ian wanted to be involved with my recovery and getting me back to work. Over the next 10-weeks I had a PT experience uniquely tailored to my injury, my goals, and my desired outcome. Ian's expertise guided us when to push and when to back off so that progression could be as linear as possible. Thanks to Ian I've surpassed the recovery expectations of my surgeons and am moving back west to start another season of ski patrolling. I highly recommend Precision Performance, and Ian in particular, for anyone serious about getting their body back in working order with therapists who actually care about your outcome.
After months of migraines, through work on my neck, I’m headache free! I’m so grateful I avoided medications and now feel empowered to stop my headaches with stretching and exercise and self awareness before they start!
After undergoing knee surgery as a college athlete I felt as though I would never fully recover. However, after working with Ian at Precision for the past 2 months, I feel more confident in my physical abilities than I was before my injury. The staff is friendly, extremely knowledgable, and tailored a custom program to get me back on the court and ready to compete at the highest level. Having experienced physical therapy at various places in the area throughout my athletic career it is clear that Precision is a step above.
I like a PT who tackles issues from multiple angles.very easy to communicate and is exceptional at analysing problems. I prefer this PT over NovaCare or Penn Medicine only because it's a smaller more personal sessions
I had a tree branch fall on my leg and cause a plethora of issues, then decided not to do anything about it for a year before I saw my Doctor. She prescribed me PT and sent me to one of the "big box" versions of a therapist, who basically punched their card, did their "this guy hurt his knee" routine, didn't really try anything, and left me after about 6 months the same as when I went in. I went back to the Dr who said I should just give up on running, and go get a steroid shot.
I was talking to my buddy about my issues and he plays a lot of soccer and used to do thai boxing, and he recommended I see Jon Herting and Precision and it's only been 2 sessions, but the difference is AMAZING.
They're working to personalize a routine, they make sure my form is perfect, they've got some interesting therapeutic techniques that in the past I would have shrugged off, but they all seem to be working!
For the first time in literal MONTHS when I stand up my knee doesn't hurt, when I wake up in the morning the first 20 steps aren't a hobble that I worry will send me to the floor. I'm sincerely optimistic about my recovery now, where I had been resigned to essentially writing off a leg.
I can't recommend them enough!
I was interested in a physical therapy location that was nearby and had personalized attention but my insurance as usual restricted me to larger institutions where you are often handed off to a PT aide to monitor your therapeutic exercises and you could be there or an extended amount of time. Then, you go home and spend time on the recommended exercises you did not do while at the facility. Luckily, I came upon Precision Performance PT where the staff is professional, always friendly, and provides personalized attention. Nisha is very personable and experienced. She listens to your concerns and plans your therapy accordingly. I highly recommend PP PT!
Precision Performance is the best! I went to Precision to rehab a nagging quad injury. As a serious runner, getting back to 100% as quickly as possible was critical. Nisha was amazing! Not only is my injury behind me, but I feel even better than I did pre injury!
Nisha and John worked with me over the course of 2.5 months to get my neck/shoulder pain resolved. I didn’t even know I needed a physical therapist until the trainer at my gym suggested one over a chiropractor. I never thought I had an injury because I couldn’t pinpoint what I did to my shoulder, but the pain was chronic…coming back once or twice a year and it had been “fixed” with massages in the past. This time it was worse and Nisha consistently worked with me until it was gone. Nisha also treated me for vertigo which is gone now too. I highly recommend Precision Performance for any pain/injury rehabilitation!
I can't say enough great things about Precision Performance and Dr. Nisha Meyer. Ms. Nisha has been working with my 13 yo son who suffered two stress fractures, one in each leg. She's been working with him since June. She constructed a plan for him that not only works on the healing process, but also strengthening the whole body so his muscles don't atrophy while he's away from his sport (soccer). I dare say my son actually looks stronger now than when he first came to her. What has been key is that he's wanted to work with her. She is very personable and she works well with all of her clients (based upon my observation while there). Scheduling is easy and flexible as she works around your schedule as best as possible. When my middle child (14 yo, soccer player as well) needed physical therapy for a rotator cuff "tweak" and a mild groin strain, I didn't hesitate to schedule him with Ms. Nisha. I won't hesitate to bring my boys back in the future should they need physical therapy.
Dr. Nisha is amazing! I have had back pain for years and was going to a chiropractor for a while but my back was too far gone. After getting so many referrals to Nisha I finally went and I couldn't be happier that I did! After just a few sessions I was back to normal life and working out. She was so informative and gave me all the tools I needed to get better. If you have ANY pain go to her! I'll be coming back for any and all injuries.
My care at Precision Performance has been phenomenal. Dr. Nisha listens to her patients, and helps you find exercises that are fun, so you'll follow up outside the sessions. I came in with a huge neck and wrist issue, and I improved greatly in just a few months.
I just finished 3 months therapy with Nisha to address my osteoporosis.
Nisha is great. I call her my miracle worker.
She listens to her clients and addresses any issues that come may arise. She is so encouraging, you want to try hard to improve.
My strength and balance have improved so much. I feel far more confident about my physical condition.
I highly recommend Nisha and Precision Performance.
