Brought my car in for a DSC problem.instead of them fixing the original problem, they charged me $1500 for brakes after telling them not to do the brakes and never told me the brake booster is on open recall they charge me for work that should have been free.on top of that my original problem was never solved. Never again shall i go there

These guys are a stand up establishment and stand by their work. They repaired my Range Rover that then subsequently developed another issue which required a warranty repair from Land Rover as well as a redo of their work. They stood by their work and made me whole.

My case was fairly extreme in they needed to redo some of their work due to an issue outside their control (Range Rover’s fault), regardless they stood by their warranty and redid their work.

In my experience not many other automotive facilities would match this level of service.

I can confidently say, they will do everything it takes to make sure your satisfied.

Second time here and great experience both times. Work was done timely, and substantially cheaper than at a dealer, with no difference (my opinion) in quality. Guys are easy to deal with, and KNOW fine cars.

Working with Mike the owner was easy, he was accommodating and knew about the issues with my rare (ish) car (diesel).

Really great experiences with Premier. I’ve left a previous positive review, but my most recent service deserves another. I bought and imported a 1975 bmw from Europe. It was running well enough, but after getting it back from premier it is fantastic. They got a lot of work completed quickly and were great at communicating throughout the process. When I picked up the car, the technician that completed the work, showed me everything that he did and the reasoning for it. He also taught me a little about the carburetors and put me on to things to look out for and services that I might want to think about in the future. This is my first classic car, and it’s really nice to have a great group of people to work with.

Mike and the team take great care and pride in the work they do. There is a focus on doing the job right, and not doing unnecessary work.

I can't say enough good about this place. I had them do a pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche 911 I was considering. That inspection saved me a world of hurt. The car I had them look at needed a ton of work and I would have been kicking myself had I gone through with the sale. Not only did they save me from buying the car, they educated me about why it was a bad car and what to look for as I continue my search for a 911.

It was such a great experience that I took my BMW M3 to them to have the convertible top fixed. I normally work on that car myself but after meeting the guys there I figured I'd save myself a headache or 3 and have them fix it. Parts for the top can be expensive, they quickly diagnosed the issue and presented me with multiple options on how to fix it. I picked it up yesterday and it works perfectly. It's so nice to be able to use it again.

Great honest, and friendly service from Premier Eurocars.

I took my Audi for routine service. The standard maintenance service is oil change and check brake fluid levels. The owner or manager that I met looked at Audi price when I dropped off and laughed that it would have cost me 850 dollars had I gone to Audi dealer. When I picked up my car later the same day, my bill from premier Eurocars was more than 800! I asked about it and was informed that’s the rate. I did not argue, paid off and left. The next day my car’s AC was not able to maintain the set temperature. It was getting extremely hot inside. I called them asking my car to be checked and was told to bring the car after 3 weeks which was the earliest available. I was told it was ok to drive like that. I called Audi dealer who asked me not to drive and bring the car in immediately. They found that the wiring for sensor was off and since it was needed for engine valve timing, if I had driven like that I would have messed up my engine. 110$ at the dealership to fix the problem created by premium Eurocars. Don’t fall for the positive reviews like I did, mostly they are internal reviews. Avoid!
