Facility is very crowded and a bit claustrophobic. I miss the uptown location. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

My recent appt included a test that did not appear I did very well on followed up by an "xray" of my eyes which I never had before. I'm a "senior citizen" and have been a patient here for a long time (more than 30 yrs) under the care of Dr O'Donnell then Dr Brent. After some other quirks I was feeling very nervous when Dr. O'Donnell explained everything to me and took a large weight off my shoulders. I feel very confident in his care and the care I have always received. My only concern is what do I do when they retire.

I've been a patient with the practice for many years and have always been more than satisfied until today. I had cataract surgeries then had to have the YAG surgeries which required a time delay of at least 30 days after the second cataract surgery, but my first one was scheduled 107 days after the second surgery, and the second one 2 weeks later. Still had a problem, called for an appt early October, scheduled 11/23. Was told I should be seen again "in a couple of weeks" and the appt was SEVEN WEEKS later. Today I was told that the changes in my vision would require my paying another $280 because things changed following the additional surgery and time lapse. NEITHER OF WHICH WERE MY FAULT. I'm paying twice for a feature I need for close work. It stinks

I have been coming to Premier for as long as I can remember. Originally, I would see Dr. Barton, who was always a consummate professional. I see Dr. Stegura now, and always feel that my exams are thorough and accurate, and any questions I may have are always answered. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to any other provider.

The office staff does an excellent job. Dr O’Donnell is always informative and detailed. Very rarely are they behind schedule for my appointment.

Didn't have to wait long even though a lot of patients. Very clean. The Assistants and Doctor are wonderful! I recommend Premier to anyone needing Eye Care.

I’ve been going to Premier Eye Care Group for over 30 years. The staff and doctors are professional and very thorough. Making an appointment is easy and accommodating. There are many office sites to choose from too. Highly recommend.

While seeing a doctor about a sinus infection, she was concerned about an eye condition that I was also experiencing. She called Premier to see if someone could see me and they said I could come in that afternoon and I was fortunate to be able to see Dr. O'Donnell, who I go to regularly. He identified the issue, explained the condition and treatment in his kind and patient manner. I appreciate the care and attention I receive from everyone at Premier Eye.

Been going to Premier at Shipoke location for several years. The office staff is very friendly. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I have also purchased my glasses at their location. The staff has been helpful and very understanding of my needs.

Dr O'Donnell is awesome. He brought me in for a follow up to review the picture from previous visit of my left eye to make sure what he saw on first exam was not Glaucoma. 2nd visit and tests showed I do not. Praise God. The technicians also were awesome. Thank you! Virginia M.

The staff was friendly and efficient, no delays between procedures. I use a cane; the staff was cognizant of my limitations and made sure I was safe as I moved from one area to another. This is a courtesy I rarely experience in a medical office. Way to go!
