My experience with the Physical Therapy was similar to another where I was requested to arrive 15 minutes ahead of my appointment to fill out paperwork which took 5 minutes. Then I sat for 37 minutes until someone came out. No one at the desk to ask why it was taking so long. Apparently their time is important but not yours. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Everyone was very nice, and very helpful. Even other patients when my back was out, and in pain. The doctor was very upfront with what was going on and provided the best care for me and my needs. Oh and I don’t have to drive all the way to Malvern From Pottstown. Love the service.
