We were looking for a Salt Water hot tub and chose a hot spring spa from Presque Isle Hot tubs. We have had it for over a month now and we are thoroughly enjoying it. Ryan and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. As advertised, the hot spring spas are very low maintenance and the salt system works great. We highly recommend a hot springs spa from Presque Isle hot tubs.

I just wanted to get on here and share my experience with presque Isle hot tubs. Anthony and James came to our house to get our used hot tub up and running. We were having a few things going on that were causing for it not to run. We needed a new heater and a new board. They were very helpful. Throughout their time at our house they gave us useful tips from the functions to chemicals. They both were very friendly. We were thrilled that it was finally working. The kids got in that day. I’m very hopeful in the future if we run into any other problems they will make sure the job gets done.

Presque Isle Hot Tubs are a good value for openings and closings. But the customer service is about as bad as it can get. They don't do appointments and will just randomly show up at your house without notifying you. The one manager even lied about not taking my call previously and had no explanation why no one called to notify me. They also are extremely rude on the phone and patronizing. They did a closing on my hot tub and there was leftover water in the tub itself. When I called to check in to see if I needed to shop vac it on my own, the owner was rude. They offered no refund or did not offer to come back to get all the water out. So I just did it myself.

They deleted their original reply they sent. Probably because they know it was a bunch of made up nonsense. I have plenty more photos and video of pools of water left in every seat but didn't think I'd need to post more because I didn't think the owner would double and triple down. Especially lying about trying to upcharge people without their consent. I'm going to send the full set of pictures and conversations to consumer protection. They are the best at dealing with businesses like this. No invoices. No record of anything they do. Just a lot of excuses and late work.

I wasn't sure if this place just had bad customer service or if it really is kind of a deceitful business. The owner in his reply is proving the 2nd to be true.
There was no call or any warning at all. I originally called to schedule two weeks ago and asked if they have appointment dates. They said no, but to call back by the end of the week for updates on when a potential time the following week would be. When I called back a week later to check in if they had a time, the owner yelled at me and told me to stop calling and it would be done and they would call the day before they showed up. Never had any call. Just showed up randomly on a day when it's raining. He tried to upcharge me for things I didn't ask for, until my wife told me what they were doing and I told them to stop. When I called to tell him the cover wasn't on and there was water still in the tub, he blamed it on me. And made up a story how the upcharge they were trying to do was just laying around so they started to do it. Making up a story on how they didn't keep notes on what was in their orders. I've read other reviews on here of late work, unscheduled work, and just general arrogance from the owner. They never offered to make up for it and didn't even give anything close to an apology. Not because they weren't given a chance. But because instead of just straightforward customer service they try to spin everything as an excuse. I don't mind cleaning out their mistakes they made. But at least own up to it and make it up to the customer. There is no need to gaslight people and then make up stories online. Really disappointed in the way I was treated. And his response just proves what type of business this is.

Great place! Very knowledgeable of products and their service is awesome! Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a hot tub!

Ryan was great to work with when choosing the right hot-tub for us! The install team were quick and did a great job and very thorough in going over our new hot tub!

Provide full service. They are picking up and repairing our hot tub. Very busy.
