I would, and do highly recommend Mark to anyone and everyone looking to have a professional and very thorough cleaning of their structures or cement. I have tried to clean my own house and vinyl fence many times with many failures and frustrations. I was hesitant to have my house cleaned because I have aluminum siding and didn't want the pressure to strip the thin paint and leave the vinyl exposed. I also have some peeling paint on my front porch that is wooden. After my consultation with Mark, he assured me that I should not worry, and would use the soft wash method to prevent any further peeling or wearing down the aluminum. He showed up early and got right to work and I was amazed as I watched years of filth and growth just melt off of my siding due to his chemical soft wash process. He was meticulous and didn't rush through anything. I also have a white vinyl fence surrounding my 1 acre property that has turned many shades off green and brown and had who knows what growing on it. Again my many failed attempts at cleaning this demon fence proved no match for Mark and it all just dripped away as he sprayed the whole way around.
To say I was impressed is an understatement. I couldn't be happier and his work makes me proud of my house again. He even texted me a few days later to ask how it looked after it had dried.

What an amazing job. Mark came to Leeper and was not only on time but was early. We have tried numerous times to power wash our house and obviously didn't know what we were doing. There is no comparison. Great job, professional and a fair price. It doesn't get any better than that.
