They don't care about protecting the private information of families. They have inappropriate relationships with some parents and will make sure that others and their kids are mistreated. They care more about $$ than they do the welfare and happiness of those paying and attending their facility.

We waited a few months to bring our children back to gymnastics after COVID quarantines ended. Prestige has been nothing but wonderful. The gym is always being cleaned/sanitized. All of the instructors have done their part (wearing masks & sanitizing hands/equipment). The gym manager is outstanding, she provides the best customer service. The program director brings joy to every child there, when you come for class she will say hello to each and every child and remembers their names.

If I could give this place a negative I would. My son was grossly mistreated. He is three and very active. There are no discipline issues. He was grabbed by the arms by his instructor on his Monday class. She then had the nerve to ask permission to grab him the way she did at the end of class. The next class she said his listening was much better and he did great. For his Wednesday class the instructor said “he’s young and a total boy who likes to run” then today she said “he needs one on one”. Holding an infant it’s was obvious that this could not happen. Not to mention the entire class this instructors two sons are running wild.
My son loved attending Prestige but the love was definitely not sent towards him from day one. How can you throw a child into a new class without giving instructions first? Treating him like he should know how to act and exactly what to do? Where is the fairness in that? Poor leadership
