I will come back to add more when my son goes in next week. The young lady who made my appointment was amazing. Not being from here I was very concerned about customer service and overall treatment for my baby boy. I think that he’s going to have a good experience if the people are anything like the young lady who made his appointment.

Sold me a used pair of frames for new frame price. Hid the damage very well. Had to go back twice and the glasses still don't focus correctly. I have a $600 dollar paper weight now because I'm never in town to get my money back. Clown in the suit was more worried about being nosy about my job then fixing the glasses. There's a reason this place has appointments and the others in the area are booked months out.

The Staff at Price Optical is just mean and nasty. It's almost hard to believe how bad they are. The doctors and nurses seem to be really nice, but the secretaries are just miserable people. They refuse to answer emails too.

I’ve gone here for 3 years. Today most recently and my experience was not pleasant. Everyone seemed to be in a terrible mood including the doctor. I did not see a single person in the office smile. I felt rushed out by the doctor. She said my eye sight slightly changed, but didn’t explain further. I won’t be going back for my next eye exam.

We are visiting from Utah and my sons glasses needed to be adjusted! He was super sweet and made it fun for my son! They are super friendly and helpful! They are Definitely not in it for just money! They put customer service first!

The staff is super friendly and very professional. They answered all the questions I had. I have a lot of confidence in the doctors and the staff here. The best eye care I've ever had.

Staff are reliable and quick to offer assistance. Customer service is on point and turn around time from ordering to delivery of product is exceptional.
