Awesome acedemy! Dropped in for a Saturday session while traveling from Pittsburgh. Instructors were great, and acedemy students were very welcoming. I train mostly gi, so it was an awesome hour spent fixing huge holes in my No Gi game. Great place, great people! My trip is annual, I'll be back! Thanks Pride Lands for a great training session!
