She rode like a! Felt a slight bump but I didn't feel any pain on m hernaited disc and do THRILLED at how many bight feature it brings! I now don't need to hurry home before dark, you can see me coming from a mile away! And added bonus I.can change my mobile alert necklace and my phone! Thank you!

Have not been able to use chair for over two WEEKS due to remote or actuator, it is my sleep chair and it cost almost 1800 dollars and was purchased at ANDREW BROWNS IN SCRANTON, supposedly made in US but has CHINA TAGS UNDERNEATH

Bought new ZTR-10. It worked 1 month out of a year. Still sitting waiting for parts. Too complicated, no repair shops.

I have been waiting over 3 months now for my scooter which I needed 3 months ago im not happy and will never get a scooter from this business again im very unhappy

We understand that Mega Motion (manufacturer of the Perfect Sleep Chair) is a subsidiary of Pride Mobility and I think you should be aware of how shoddy the product is. We bought a Perfect Sleep Chair for my sister-in-law who lives in Memphis, TN on April 14,2021 and on May 14 a shipping company in Charlotte, NC tried to deliver the chair to us here in Wake Forest, NC. This was just the START of one BIG MESS! Six Weeks after delivery, the chair has stopped working (in the lift up position, so she cannot even sit in it) and we have YET to hear from Mega Motion nor Customer Service for FirstStreet which is your distributor. They say 10 - 14 days at each stop... We think you should know that this problem is being investigated by the Attorney General's office in Virginia and Pennsylvania along with the Better Business Bureau which gave this Sleep Chair an excellent rating. I believe the email on the website for Perfect Sleep chair is bogus and Customer Service is just giving "lip service" to this dilemma without ONCE reaching out to myself or my sister-in-law to ease our minds that something is being done! Hoping someone can get to the bottom of this, so in desperation, I am reaching out to you.

I own a jazzy and have it over 5 years its been through a tornado almost pushed me over been caught in hurricane and many many thunderstorms went to the gym 3miles away 4days a week in rain heat fore over a year im a challenge man of age and so is my Jazzy I also was interested in helping advertising the chair im a fitness man thats challenged i have many pictures of the things i have done gone through and what a jazzy chair can do dfromovinga.everthing from a couch

Such a sketchy company. Brand new $5000 scooter arrived with misaligned front wheels, a seat that won't line up centered and makes a grinding noise from the transmission. Pride has ignored my warranty requests and the findings of their field tech who says it's defective and needs to be repaired.
