Very cool.staff was terrific! Solid inventory and absolutely LOVE that they feature local artists peices as well as artist's from around the USA.on the pricier side if you got it buy it but it's definitely worth the trip to see such beautiful craftsmanship.no expert here lol

Staff has the answer for every question and ur never ignored. I mostly buy cbd. They always have what I need.

They have a little bit of everything here. I visited 4 other shops looking for plain tobacco oil and this was the only place i found any. Employee was friendly and helpful. The variety of miscellaneous pipes, scales, and ejuices was great. I'll definitely shop here again

Great selection of products, there’s something for everyone’s budget. Primal's staff is super knowledgeable and honest about what they’re selling you. The other smoke/vape shops in the area just don’t compare.

A Top notch vape shop. Hand blown glass by local artists, gorgeous works. They have everything you could want in a vape shop and things you didn't know you wanted too!

This a quality shop with people who know what they are talking about. Their workers seem happy and motivated to be working there. Top quality glass with expert advice. I even had a conversation with one of the worker's about computer peripherals and various technology related knowledge. I recommend them to any of my friends.

I would give zero if it was an option! Okay, so long story short I’ve been here 4 times now over the past 2 months and will never shop there again. With that said, I am against this store entirely, except their glass but even that is nothing special. They have no warranty on anything and don’t care if it was “damaged” by normal usage, (unless they think they can up sell you) terrible customer service, their discounts fluctuate to make themselves more money, and they are genuinely looking to make a quick buck off you. Now, why I know this to be true:
Trip one, I buy a minimax based on suggestion of clerk “it’s great, reliable, and what I use for daily smoking” (dude with broken arm). All I wanted was a reliable battery similar to what I had already.
Trip two, I buy glass pipe, for which I still overpaid for because I like local businesses.
Trip three, my minimax dies and I bring it back. First they flat out don’t believe me, then try it themselves to no avail. I am told no refunds/exchanges but they’ll do me a 25% discount on what I’d like (per mandi/Maddie idrc which, she was VERY rude) but they are currently out of stock.
Trip 4, the next day; I go back based on them receiving more of what I’d asked for the night before. I buy two and she states my total, I inquire about the price because that seemed off. Now suddenly it’s a 10% discount instead of the 25% she specifically had quoted me! Then she proceeds to tell me they “have these issues often and that it’s cheap stuff from China what should I expect? ” Less than 24 hours she changed her price and told me they carry inferior goods! I didn’t even question it, if it’s worth losing repeat business then they do not care for their customers, BEWARE THIS IS A POOR PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING! BUYERS BEWARE, they sell this stuff online cheaper with a warranty/return/exchange programs, and it will come straight to you.

Ppl saying the prices are to high at primal? Go a block down the road to I smoke shop 2 and check out their prices.you go running back to primal. Primals prices are very fair. I smoke shop want 250 for a smok mod.it's insane

Great service with honest well informed people. Great brick and mortar to buy mods, juice is a bit pricey but it's one of the best stores around. Really nice glass as well.
