Whats not to love about Pittsburgh sandwiches.first time I tried with egg though and it was delish! Especially with a Bloody Mary!

The service was not great. Took a very long time to get waited on and for our food to get to us.

We were amazed at the incredibly poor service at this place. And to make things worse the wait staff argued about miss ordered food wrongly delivered beer and other drinks. This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. Thankfully the 18 year old kitchen manager assured us that would never happen again. You’re right it will never happen to us again avoid this place at all costs

I think everyone knows Primantis is delicious. But everyone should try their Buffalo chicken sandwich. It’s gotta be in the top 5 for Buffalo chicken sandwiches in America. Also the workers are friendly and they do good work. I never have any issues there.

This review is based on multiple visits, including this one. I really don't understand why this place is so popular. Maybe it's just this location, but I have received consistently poor food and service. Poorly prepared and undercooked meals, missing parts of the order, and wrong items served. Do others tolerate it because it's Primanti's and it is a local icon? Even at its best it's just average bar food.

Primanti Bros.is good. It is consistent. We started off with the Terror Tots. They were pretty good. The jalapenos were fresh and added a nice kick. The cheese sauce was not lacking. Maybe a tad bit more Sriracha sauce. Then came the steak sandwich. Definitely a better choice than the Pitts-burger. Not that the burger is bad, just the steak is better. Grateful they were open and serving after getting off the plane at midnight. The dining room was closed so we had to sit in the noisy bar. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Service was fine, wait staff was attentive, food was below par, fries were well overcooked one order was all small ends, and wings drummies were broken with sharp bone peices. Mgt, did however make right, And lastly ordered thrid from hottest wings got mild at best

First time ever at Primanti Bros (as I am Canadian). What an experience. This place is a blast at night. Amazing atmosphere for the Penguins game, everyone dressed in black and yellow. Tons of TVs to watch the game, extremely high volume for the game (which I loved), the service was great (quite sarcastic and cheeky, but enjoyable), and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Flavor and toppings we're good but not everyone prefers a pizza that seems under cooked. Even asking for well done some of the cheese didn't seem golden enough in spots and the dough seemed soggy which not everyone likes. Putting it on a mesh screen rather than flat pan may help that. Wing sauces we're good and wings were crispy which is good. Asked for celery after they were dropped off but didn't get any.

Worth a return trip just for another taste of these awesome sandwiches. Flew in for a funeral first time here hope to return for more pleasant circumstances.

Fast service, get beer selection and filling sandwiches. Bring the family or come sit at the bar. You won't leave disappointed.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - AVERAGE FOOD, I have ate here 3 times at Moon over the last year during slower periods - 1-4 pm with a small group of 4 people, each time the staff was indifferent. We waited to be seated, waited for our waiter constantly to come get our order and check on us. We have customers from around the country visit here each week and some ask us about Primanti's here in Moon. The management and waitress's there are more interested in their social lifes than customers. The Moon Primanti's and Cranberry (Friends quit going there for the same reason) locations are very poor representations of the original. The strip location is good but these are not. Visit the original and experience a good Pittsburgh eatery. Primanti's management read your reviews people are doing you a favor, you have staff that obviously do not represent your standard of service at these locations so fix it. Don't bother to reply with contact us on Facebook. Some of us folks have more important things to do. This is your feedback. You quintessentially represent all of Pittsburgh to folks from around the world, so represent us all with great service and pride and correct your issues - retrain, incentives, terminations whatever it takes. Do the right thing, sometimes its harder, but it's still the right way to do business. Good luck, I will be watching.

Twas a good tyme with my bro on Festivus After. The food was great, until he threw it on the ground! Gotta love a place that's open during the Holiday that's not Chinese. Oh, yeah. He got a to-go-box and as we were walking to the kar he was waving his arms and one by one, his wings jumped and parachuted to the ground escaping their imminent demise.

Excellent sandwiches and great service keep Primanti's at the top of our list whenever we're back in the 'Burgh!

I have lived in the Burgh my entire life (soon to be 38 years) and NEVER had a sammich from here just pizza and I love the pizza.awesome Happy hour to!

My friends and I got take out. We ordered pizza and wings. The wings needed more sauce but the pizza was good.

Tried their Almost Famous Sandwich and ate it all fries were good if you like the skin on them. Had a couple drinks that were yummy and very inexpensive. Waitress was very friendly and was a very good match in personality for the restaurant atmosphere. Place was clean. Music was a little loud and we had to sit under a speaker, but we adapted. I'd go again!
