Primanti Bros., Mt Lebanon PA

I understand that Covid has made things more difficult & it was a busy night, but my first curbside experience was not good. I placed an order through the Primanti’s app & I let them know I was there when I arrived, according to their online & text instructions. Then I waited for 15 minutes so I called to find out when I’d be getting my order. If I hadn’t called, I probably wouldn’t have gotten my order. Everything was packaged well, but when I opened up my order at home, the food was cold & my sandwich was loaded with bacon. I didn’t ask for bacon because I don’t eat meat. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich so I only had fries & a side of slaw for dinner. I was extremely disappointed & I’m never going to order curbside again.

This time I had something different. White pizza.it was delicious. I would order again. Also wings. Love their wings. And had to have fries. Always good. Went with a friend and we shared everything.

Not your typical Primanti Bros, but just as delicious. Out of the 9 Primanti Bros. I have been at, this one stands out for its looks and atmosphere. Instead of an industrial feel on the inside, it looks like a log cabin which is different but enjoyable. The food though, is exactly the same. A Kielbasa and cheese tastes delicious no matter which one I go to.

Although my wait was much longer than the online ordering time slot given (pretty busy on a Saturday night) and although my cheese sauce was everywhere in the bag when I got home.
Management (I believe his name was Greg) at the Mt. Lebanon location was absolutely professional, friendly, and courteous. He apologized sincerely and even discounted my purchase. As always, despite the issues, the burgers and fries were delicious! 5 stars for not being perfect but caring about your customers!

Order curbside pickup. It was ready on time and they brought it right out to my car. The food was very good and you get a big portion.

The food was great and we love coming here to watch the Pens and Steelers play. Dur to the Steelers playing and us having a large group sometimes it was hard to get served but considering our waiter dis very well.

My husband and I have never had any problems with our food, drinks or service from here. We haven’t been here for a few weeks but the bartender, Angel, remembered us both and what we drank. That was impressive considering all of the customers she sees in a day. We felt very welcome and will continue to visit this location.

Great food as always from Primanti's. Restaurant was uncharacteristically empty, but I've never been to this location before. Service was relatively slow in relation to how empty the restaurant was. Server was very nice though.

Terrible service. Waitress never came back to table. I had to ask another waitress to get a check so i could leave. Waited for over a half hour. Food was less than average

Been there a ton. Place is awesome. Bartender Joe is awful, though. Cutomers should be allowed to watch what they want on tv and not be forced to watch what Joe wants. Just a miserable guy. Avoid him and you will love it. 5 stars all day but have to take a star off because of Joe.

Just left primantis in mount lebanon. Always a great sandwich!
Somehow our order got mixed up-so we weren’t served. The manager came over and was super nice-apologized for the delay. Then he comped our meal! Even came back to check on us. You cannot have better service than this! We had not even questioned the delay! You gotta love primantis! Thanks!

Who doesn't love Primanti's!? This location is great. Has a nice lodge feel. Always crowded so be ready for that. Beer selection off the charts. Service is also very good. Helpful and prompt. Even tried to turn off the CC that was blocking the view of our game. Get down to this location ASAP!

Famed Pittsburgh institution has a well deserved reputation. Fantastic and unique sandwiches. Best Ruben I have ever had. It is a treasure

Tuesday's and Thursdays are Family Pizza Night. X Large 3 topping pizza, salad and soft drinks $16.99!

Great place for drinks, eating in, or something quick for take out on the way home. They never get my order wrong, and service is usually very fast even when they appear to be busy. Doesn't exactly have the same charm and ambience as the Strip District or South Side locations, but a great place to grab a sandwich and a drink nonetheless.

First timer at this Primanti Bros. Nice woodwork interior with lots of tap beers. Great service. Food is better at other Pbros though.

This is far kid, stick to the ribs, bring your biggest appetite, I ain't no sissy kind of food. Haven't found anything to complain about at any of these restaurants. There still isn't one in Athens Georgia but, I'm doing what I can to drop the hint.

Seated and served quickly during a busy dinner time. The food was very good and the atmosphere comfortable. Parking is limited. If you are in the area it is worth stopping by for a unique Pittsburgh favorite. The portions are large and the flavor is terrific. I had the philly sandwich.

Loving all the locations of Primanti Bros. So far! This one just as great and local feeling. My favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since I moved here two months ago from Seattle!

I had this for the first time in April. Now everytime I visit from Virginia I have to have it at least twice. Wish they would branch out further south. Would kill it in Virginia
