I contacted Prime Lending for a mortgage pre-approval this past spring. Katie Grauer called me back right away. She worked with me throughout the whole process from pre-approval to closing. I am self employed, so there were additional hurdles that she helped me get through. I truly cannot say enough about Katie and her team. She is an absolute rock star in the mortgage business.

He cares about his clients, and it shows. Anna on his team is equally amazing! When I was searching for the right place for me, Jeff was so helpful in “running numbers” on different scenarios of offer and down payment amounts on more than one property before I finally found the right one. Seeing those actual numbers was very helpful. When my offer on my new home was accepted, Jeff continued to guide me through the process every step through closing and engaged Anna on his team to assist me as well. She was great guiding me through the many details preparing for closing day. She was just wonderful to work with! After attempting to work with four other lenders and having difficulty even with high credit score, money down, and being pre approved I was discouraged. Once in contact with Branch Manager Jeff Philibin, it was full steam ahead with outstanding service, attention, and processing of my loan.

The PrimeLending team worked with us through multiple problems with the seller and contractor and went above and beyond our expectations for the project. We thought we were only engaging a bank when we started, but they also provide moral and strategic support to get our project across the finish line. 10/10 company, I'd recommend them to anyone who looking to do any kind of unconventional loan for a renovation project. My only other recommendation would be to reach out to them before you decide to buy to ensure the loan type meets the FannieMae requirements.
