PrimoHoagies, Aston PA

Nothing wrong with this location, but I just don't see what the big draw with Primo Hoagies are. The meats they use are good but the bread completely kills the experience. Ironically that's what Primo is known for, its bread. My coworkers used to get sandwiches from a center city Philly location and I remember the sandwiches being at least 12 inches, but I'm guessing due to rising costs, the size of the sandwiches have gotten smaller. I would definitely come back again if I could get a hoagie without that bread and just a regular hoagie role, but alas it wouldn't be a Primo. Oh but that dirt cake is legit. If I had Bezos money I'd have a swimming pool filled with it and I would just swim in it all day, just imagine all that dirt cakey goodness all over your body, it would be a legit reason to lick your fingers (still gross though). I may go back just for a couple tubs of dirt cake. You know what, imma do it.

This location is terrible. I haven’t been in the aston primos because of a disappointing sandwich I was given on my last visit. I decided to give it another try and received the saddest hoagie I’ve had in a long time. I paid $14 for a half filled roll. I fell hungry and ripped off after eating here. Do yourself a favor and avoid the aston primos.

Always great sandwiches from this location. We also just had an event catered by Primo’s of Aston. Never disappointed and always happy with the great food and friendly and helpful staff. Thank you as always!

This Primo location (Aston) has really improved since the new owner took over. My orders have been accurate and timely. The sandwiches have been well made and they’ve even called me back to confirm my order. Excellent Pescara and Italian.

Me and my dad went to the hoagie store after big lots and Chicken Parmigiana is so good and I really like it

I needed the hoagies for a trip. They made them for "travel". Excellent job! Friendly staff and DELICIOUS hoagies!

I wish I could say my sandwich was good. But it wasn't. The tomatoes were old and mealy and the cheese smelled like stinky feet and tasted gross.

The customer service when my food was picked up was ok though.

I've been coming to this primos a little over a year when I'm in the area and I've never been dissapointed. I always get a large big t with the works and puevlon on one side. My order continues to be right with each visit. The staff is cool and laid back which I know dealing with the public all day can be rough especially when putting up with different personalities and demands. I drive past two other places that make hoggies. At one place they always have terrible attitudes regardless of how pleasant you are and they constantly mess up orders. At the other spot the people act as if they were kidnapped and are being held against their will so they throw your order together quickly with minimum effort just to stop the beatings from management. I'll take this primos over those two other locations any day of the week.

Primo's has the finest Italian hoagies in the Aston area. I love their corned beef sandwich on the sarcone roll.

When my friend didn’t know my rewards phone number to enter, he cancelled the order. When I returned with him just minutes later to reorder, we were not acknowledged at all, and all FOUR employees were at the prep counter or handing over preordered sandwiches. Instead, we’re told they were no longer taking orders, though we, and another customer, were there well prior to 20 minutes of closing. The disregard displayed is not indicative of quality customer service. Zero stars was not an option, though clearly it would have been my selection.

Ordered from Primos in Aston, PA had delivered through Grub hub and 2 of the sandwiches were not in the bag called Primos and one of the female workers answered the phone and when asked who packs the bags she said staff does so we stated that they forgot to pack it correctly she then stated “ I guess so” instead of apologizing for this error she was flippant and rude and did not care! Then I went to the store and the supposed manager there didn’t care either! Very poor customer service! And didn’t even offer to remake the sandwiches because they were then cold by the time all of this was over! Very disappointed and I hope people read this and decide to go somewhere else for better service!

Very poor customer service! Had a client order us lunch an large order mind you. We received all our hoagies but 1 was incorrect instead of fixing the order they messed up because it was ordered through Doordash they said he probably didn't deliver it.smh what a cop out an a lie I confirmed the number of sandwiches made an what we received and it was clearly a mistake on primos part. I will not eat at this location again an with my influence will make sure that they are not considered for any future lunches. All you had to do Is the right thing an take responsibility for the error smh

Everything was fresh and very tasty. I requested light oil and that is exactly what I got. A lot of places use too much, which makes the roll soggy, but this was perfect.

Really bad ️ experience due to the price I paid for two hoagies$42.00 with more veggies than meat, and the roll was way too hard.

The hoagies here are always on point. Despite being a chain, this place has really good stuff.
